Great Customer Service from Dutch Cargo.
I purchased a fantastic and very difficult to find brand new Tern Verge X18. I live interstate in WA. The good people from Dutch Cargo were nothing short of exemplary in their customer service. They bent over backwards to meet my needs and shipped the bike safely. It was sold at a 24% reduction and was packed really well. I called a few times and each time they were patient, courteous and helpful. I recommend this company.

Urban Arrow Next Pro
We pre-ordered The Urban Arrow Next Pro from Dutch Cargo earlier this year and it was shipped to our address in Sydney once it arrived from overseas. We leased the same bike for four months and were very impressed with the design, style , handling and reliability. Service was also carried out by a reputable bike mechanic during the lease period. The new bike (Next Pro) is a dream and everything we had hoped for. Our two and five year old boys are transported everywhere in comfort and style, school, markets, shopping and recreation: you name it we go. Living close to the Sydney CBD, ii is done with ease and no fuss. It is our primary mode of transport and the bike is wonderful. Jurgen, Yoga and his team at Dutch cargo are helpful and always ready to assist. Their service and expertise is second to none.

Brisbane based - O2feel Equo 7.1 Belt Drive
We purchased a Equo Belt Drive bike from the Melbourne store and had it shipped to Brisbane. We communicated with the store via email asking for recommendations on bike and accessories and they were very responsive and sent us good deals.
Even though we are Brisbane based we were able to meet with an ambassador and test ride the bike we wanted which was great.
There were some minor issues with the courier company and items missing from invoice but all easily resolved.
In Brisbane, a bike technician attended our house and put the bike together for us which was great (highly recommend as it was not straightforward).
The bike itself is sturdy and great to ride, we are very happy with our investment.

We ordered a Nihola Flex in 2024
We ordered a Nihola Flex in 2024, thinking it would arrive in Feb 2025, but it did not land until May 2025. When it arrived with us, we had a major issue that had occurred in manufacturing in Denmark. Dutch Cargo Bikes went out of their way to keep us informed of progress and above and beyond to solve issues. We are now riding happily!

Honeymoon test ride
Based in Adelaide and with nowhere to test ride a LvH Bullitt locally (at the time, I understand DCB now have a rep in McLaren Vale) I made arrangements with Yoga to test ride one on my next visit to Melbourne… which just so happened to be my “mini-moon” honeymoon. Any cargo bike is an investment, and I was grateful for Yoga’s patience as I mulled over whether I wanted an EBullitt or an “acoustic” Bullitt… for almost 2 years. When I finally bit the Bullitt (pun intended) on an acoustic frame-set, Yoga was quick to arrange safe passage of the precious cargo to Adelaide. It’s great to have a local company so dedicated to what I consider to be the future of transport. I believe DCB is also a fully fledged distributor for LvH, so I feel reassured that there is both local knowledge and a solid range of parts without having to look abroad. Thanks to Yoga and team!

Riese and Muller front rack
When I received my front rack, i was surprised that it didn't include attachment screws as was evident on the website. My follow up email has not been replied to, which is disappointing (so not great customer service).
I have since found out that the screw set is a separate item, so perhaps that information should be included in the future.

I recently purchased my new Amflow PL Carbon Pro Bike from Dutch Cargo Bikes and I can honestly say that that the whole experience has been fantastic.
The customer service at Dutch Cargo Bikes is exemplary. They are very quick to respond to email messages. The staff are very polite and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I found Dutch Cargo Bikes pricing to be very competitive and I was able to negotiate a fair deal that I was very happy with.
The delivery of my new bike was very fast, and was sent from Melbourne to Townsville North Queensland in less than a week
