This product is useless. Will not connect to the WiFi. I have tried everything suggested. Watched numerous videos yet nothing. This seems to be a ongoing issue that's not being resolved across the board. It connected to WiFi for a week then stopped. I've paid the extra money for the smart function. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the product to connect to WiFi. So frustrating as I wanted to purchase a second product but I am totally put off now. I would not recommend this product as without the smart function it's a highly overpriced fan.

My fan arrived yesterday and doesn’t work!
I’ve emailed Duux customer service, but no response.
There’s a heatwave this weekend, so I’ll have to buy a new fan. Obviously not from this company. I only bought it because Which had given it such an excellent review.
If Duux answer this, please give me my money back and pick up this useless thing

Update: I’ve now got to go on a trek for a mile and take this heavy fan to the DHL pickup point, to return it.

Easy website, rapid delivery, and love the product - it’s truly silent on setting number 1 and is perfect for sleeping through the warm nights.

Excellent customer service. The fan arrived with two small parts missing. I sent an email to customer service. They responded quickly and the parts arrived a few days later. This is the second fan I have purchased. Would highly recommend

There’s loads of fans, all much of a muchness, so I was a bit sceptical when I read how quiet this is. I mulled it over and decided to give it a try. I was surprised by the result - it’s not just quiet, it’s silent! Astonishing! And it has all the tilt and swivel capabilities so it really is the business. Nothing else like it. Superb.

I bought a replacement remote control for my fan and it doesn't work!

Excellent customer experience, easy purchasing process and shipping was so fast I was stunned. I placed the order before noon, it was shipped same day, and delivered next day. Super fast. As an aside to the purchasing experience, I can say that DUUX floor fans are so quiet, I've seen nothing on the market that compares to the silence when they operate. This is my second fan (first one bought 4.5 years ago) and I'm exceedingly happy with build quality and functionality.

Lady at call centre was very helpful. I wanted to buy a replacement remote for my fan but couldn’t find it on line. The lady took the fans details and then she sent me a link so I could order it easily. Fab service.

The fan is called Whisper,(you can see why) So if your looking For a new fan look no more. Its a must buy Its so quiet, Fantastic Fan.

My Whisper Flex Smart Fan developed a really annoying ticking/clicking noise from the motor, this is at a low fan speed and without any rotation, making it impossible to sleep through. The fan is just two weeks past the 2-year warranty so I was hoping for some leniency/goodwill from the company, particularly given that it is a product that I only use 3/4 months of the year.

However, the response from customer service was to manipulate the fan to try to fix the problem (it didn't work) and a flat out denial of repair or replacement, just told that spare fan motors are available for purchase, not even a goodwill discount offered.

Questionable product quality and hard-line customer services certainly doesn't have me rushing to make another purchase.

Speedy service, excellent product

I’m a bit of a fan addict. There can’t be a model I haven’t tried. This is totally silent and excellent wind velocity. Perfect for all night. Five stars from me.

The fan is fairly expensive compared with other similar sounding products. However it is certainly quiet and reasonably powerful, especially on it highest setting and I would buy again. It is also easy to move around.

Quick and efficient delivery. At last I can sleep with the fan on as it’s super quiet (my bedroom is like an oven when it’s hot!). Reasonably priced and just as good as the most expensive brand - would highly recommend.

Nice product, nicely packaged in recyclable materials. Fan is very quiet, we can't hear it at all on the low settings l, love this fan. As my wife said: why aren't all fans this quiet!
