1) The product is a total scam there is no question that the product increases pressure by 15 times, (see the internet revues)
2) My ordered product has still not been delivered despite you saying it has, and you are doing nothing to rectify the situation
3) I have asked for a refund but you are not responding, I paid the shipping insurance in case of loss, if the product was delivered please tell me when it was.
This is a terrible product and the service support is even worse.

Its a great little heater for our bathroom. Easy to keep clean and to pack away when the warmer weather returns. Early days so hope it lives up to expectations.
It was very well packaged to protect it during mail processes. Not cheap but one cannot expect quality from cheap. Looking forward to a long friendship with this little heater.
17/05/26 Well that was a short friendship. When we came to plug it in and use it it went up in smoke. I had read the instructions etc. but I then had a suspicion it was incorrect voltage, so I read it again, sure enough it was 110-220V. Why would you send an electrical appliance to someone in Australia with the incorrect voltage? it could have caused a house fire, we run on 240 voltage in Australia. Gave me the fright of my life. I have now reboxed it and you can have it back, I hope for a refund but don't know where to send the thing now. Cost me a total of $163 with postage etc. and now it will cost me a lot of time and stress trying to find out how to return it for a refund. I am so disappointed.

International delivery in 9 days was better than expected. I have no feedback on the item as my husband wanted it so I bought it for him. For easy purchasing and stress free delivery I give 5 stars.

No cool air comes out & need the one advertising in YouTube like cool air coming & very disappointed.

They said it was delivered and we didn't receive the item and it doesn't tell u where it was delivered horrible!

The Equenoux sprayer I have received to-day 14/05/2026 is not the same as the one advertised. The product is not the same as the one shown on the video, and is certainly not as powerful as described, therefore I am returning it. Very disappointing should have read the reviews.

I received the package today and I have to say the quality of the product is terrible. You advertise your product like it is the ultimate state oof the art product and show a video created by AI because your product does not do even 1% of what you imply it does. Do not waste your time and money on this worthless product. I want a full refund and you can take your product back. I do not have to read any review guidelines as I am warning the general public not to fall for your misleading sale tactics of a worthless product.

While this product does produce a stream stronger than a regular nozzle it in no way performs at the level advertised. I attempted to remove algae from vinyl siding and it failed miserably. I do not recommend it.

Shipping was good, probably cost more than the 3 hose end power washers I bought! The Qinux Aquoxis sprayers are junk!!! I asked for a full refund, and they can send a packing list to come get them!

Delivery was prompt from date of purchase. Item was securely packed and arrived undamaged. I have not as yet had the opportunity to use the chainsaw sharpener having received it today - but will do so over the coming weekend.

Total scam. Qinux BreezaMax advertised as a portable air conditioner designed by NASA and its just a USB desktop fan. Total joke. Fooled me and not again. $100 lost and lesson learned. a $20 box fan from any retailer would blow this thing away. Literally.

No cooling coils as advertised. So scam or fraud is being reported. Digital temperature intake and output same temp.
