The item I purchased cost me €66 it's only worth €6 it's a complete con job it's false advertising if you're thinking about purchasing the Aquoxis powerful water jet DON'T,
I received it today tried it and the power from my kitchen tap was more powerful, I've sent an email requesting a return postage sticker and a full refund

From ordering my nozzle. (Water jet ) to receiving it on the 12th May. Everything went very smoothly, didn't take as long as I thought it would .as it only arrived today obviously I haven't tried it yet but delivery wise everything went perfectly.

The delivery was fine. Sensibly packaged and plenty of communication.
The hose adapter has no affect on the power of the water at all. Meant to give increased pressure, no different to the ordinary hose.

I purchased an Aquoxis water jet that cost me £76 with the fittings, the advert states that it is more powerful than a £499 jet washer, delivery was quite good but the jet washer is a complete load of rubbish, it has the same power as my hose connector that I paid £4.99 for, I tried to email them with the “contact us” email but it seems to not exist as the mail will not send, I am a pensioner and cannot believe they have scammed me like they have, avoid at all cost

The lance was no way near the power i was expecting. I do not believe this tool can do what was shown in the advert. You live and learn i suppose.

Delivery was a bit long winded but product was well packaged and was as stated.

Delivery was fine product is garbage. Ad said portable a/c. It’s small fan that blows air around. So if room is hot it moves hot air around. IT DOES NOT COOL ANYTHING DOWN. COMPLETE TRASH. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO RETURN IT

The item that was ordered and delivered was not the item that was advertised.......Extremely cheap quality. definitely a major scam. they charged me $67 plus $9 for shipping.....this looks as if it may be worth $5 at most........if I could leave ZERO stars i would

shipping was done quickly. Cannot wait to use it. The adapters were a bit tricky to figure out, but we finally got it.

Wish I could have read all the negative reviews before I ordered. Oh well, live and learn. Guess I won't be replacing my gas powered power washer! It doesn't deliver as the ad showed. Not even close.

I was NOT happy with the Service of this Vendor, Ecom7.com refused to reply to my many requests to cancel my Online Order ,and give a refund.
The Items I purchased were advertised as Half Price, and of German Quality made, instead they were Overpriced China made products, I could of purchased in China at a fraction of the price.
I have received my purchases today in the Post 11 May 2026, and still have not gotten a response from ECOM7.COM.

Was overcharged by vendor after purchase compared to price quoted
Took over 2 weeks for delivery
Vendor only communicated after PayPal were involved
Banks recommended cancelling 2 bank cards due thoughts of being scammed

The product was extremely disappointing and overpriced!
The product was delivered satisfactorily in a reasonable time. The jet washer is a huge disappointment, it is not much better than a regular garden hose sprayer. Cheap plastic my fault for not doing the research, (buyer remorse applies i should have known better) my thought is, the Companies performance claims are misleading

Friendly driver handed me package not just threw it in the garden like most delivery drivers from all firms are doing at the moment very happy with service
