Was an item that was out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control. They immediately called me to let me know. Unfortunately I missed there call but then an email was sent very quickly and the matter was resolved. A staff member by the name of Ash was very helpful. Would highly recommend the company as have ordered multiple times and there hasn't been many issues but when there has been they have been quick to resolve them

I had cause today to email the company, because I was having trouble with a pod that I had recently purchased.
In a very short space of time, I received a phone call from a very nice gentleman named Ashe that not only solved the problem but went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Good sight, great offers.

When I received my order I was sent the wrong vape kit. E-liquids were very quick replacing the item with the correct kit. Less than 48 hrs.
