Don't deal with them they don't tell about the hidden fees they only tell u about the 0.3 and the 0.5 fees not the worldpay fees of £5 safer payments or if u don't make them £15 on charges a month they just charge u the rest

the lady we spoke with on the phone was spot on after dealing with Asians we didnt understand and word of! i advise if ya want to get things done professionally and quick the women i spoke to needs to be in charge. thanks again luv! lost nealry 3 hours of my life before having u on the phone to sot us out! lol 😀👍

Declan was super helpful, warm and friendly setting up my card machines. Very self explanatory and user friendly so didn’t have any issues at all with set up and gave me some money saving tips too. Would highly recommend as a business owner who’s super busy and doesn’t have any time for change or long winded set ups! This particular change in card machines will save our business around 70% in card reader fees. Also shout out to Tristen for the cold (warm!) call! And for chasing me up (in a good way!) thanks a lot!

Lied to by this company. Signed up several months ago on the basis we could receive payments internationally. This was a complete lie. The monthly fees of £2 are also a lie, worldpay are charging us £20+ per month.

Spoke to customer service, no resolution. Shall be reporting to trading standards
