Good customer service and easy process
Good customer service so far and everything seems relatively straightforward and easy to understand. James was really helpful with setting up my card machine, albeit a quick process and phone call.

Horrible company
Horrible company.
I signed up for a £2 a month POS terminal only to get a bill for £50.74.
That’s not even the worst thing. The integration with my website does not work.
All sweet until you sign up and then they become very unprofessional and try to sell you other services that you don’t need while the current services you “thought” you bought don’t work.

Great customer service
I’ve been quite difficult to get a hold of between jobs but Jamie and Jake have done a good job of explaining everything to me and helping me set up my devices.
The devices are also cheaper to rent than to buy a budget one!

Setting Up Card Machines
Jamie and Geoff made the process of setting up our card machines easy. Despite a lost parcel and a couple of days lost, we’re ready to go. Competitive rates and nice people.

Terminals delivered promptly. Followed detailed instructions provided which was followed up by a call from Jamie who ensured I had a full understanding of machines and capabilities. Overall very smooth and easy set up.
