Avoid this company.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any supplier. I explained exactly what my business needed before agreeing to anything, yet I was supplied with equipment that was not suitable for my requirements.

From that point onwards, customer service was appalling. I was promised callbacks that never happened, onboarding was poorly handled, and I spent my time chasing the company instead of running my business.

To make matters worse, when I raised the issues, the focus wasn't on putting things right—it was on trying to charge me to leave the agreement. Despite the problems, I was expected to pay cancellation fees rather than receive a practical solution.

I have asked for the relevant call recordings and a proper resolution. Instead, I have experienced delays, excuses and a complete lack of accountability.

If your business relies on dependable payment processing and responsive support, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in this company, its sales process or its after-sales support.

There are plenty of payment providers in the UK. I wish I'd chosen one of them instead.

Wasn’t sure at first of the legitimacy of the out of the blue phone call, but was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the sign up, they competency of the people I was liaising with and the great price and service. Special mention to James and Henry. Great service
