Amazing service!
Through entirely my own fault, I needed to get some changes made very quickly, and within 30 minutes of my email, everything had been resolved.
Was dreading the normal 2-3 days most companies take to get back to you - so was very impressed by the speed of reply and resolution.

Great help and literally "easily" done. A domain had expired, I had forgotten to renew, one email to the helpdesk and Tracy Spencer had it sorted for me.

Have used Easily for around 20 years now.
Never had an issue.
Transferred a domain from a different provider today and was a super-fast easy transaction and completed in under 2 hours.

My Easily email account won't send with new Outlook from my PC. I have tried for two weeks and the support staff can't fix it. I am paying Easily good money each year for domain and emails, but if they can't fix things quickly they are not interested. And, you can't speak to an individual. Very disappointing. Don't use Easily for domain names and emails

Issue resolved after two weeks. Perseverance pays off

I've been with Easily for over 20 years. Super and personal customer service and good value for money.
As with any registrar, navigating through the website options can be a bit complicated but the support gets you over any bumps!!

Did not receive a domain renewal reminder. After logging into my account I could no longer renew the domain. Sent numerous support emails to every address on their website but have not received a single response. It's ridiculous that there is absolutely no phone number to contact. Easily have ignored all emails and now my domain has expired. Simply not good enough.

Have been trying for 2 days to resolve an issue. Was asked for security info which was supplied but then silence. Have asked for call with telephone details but no call received. Have emailed multiple times. Have ticket number. No working telephone numbers. Whole domain is offline but impossible to get assistance.

Easily did come back to me and have resolved the issue via email - once contact was made the support staff were helpful.

Dani responded very quickly to my request and resolved my issue with a minimum of fuss.
Historically, Easily were not great at customer service, but over the last couple of years, they have really improved and are excellent now.

Superb customer service. Problem dealt with so quickly and easily, by email, and with a great level of courtesy and attention. I’ve used Easily for many years and the new level of service with their on-shore team in the UK really is noticeably very good.

I have been with Easily for over ten years. For three weeks I have been struggling to get direct contact with Easily who no longer have a customer support telephone number. I am locked out of my emails and unable to shift fully to a new provider because of this. Repeated requests to call and not email me have not been responded to. I get email responses to reset my password and when I do that, the new password is not recognised. I am self employed and have had to deal with irate clients, whose emails I have not been able to access and my business is suffering. The amount of stress I am under is unbearable and there is no way of resolving this, short of driving to their head office and refusing to move until the problem is resolved. Do not touch Easily with a barge pole!
Edit. I have not been provided with a ticket reference, and given I am unable to access my email account unless by asking my new provider to manually retrieve emails, I have no other way of contacting you. I have provided my telephone number on several occasions and need you to contact me in that way.

An excellent experience yesterday after receiving a message to say I hadn't renewed - autorenew was switched off which I hadn't realised. A quick email and Tracy had it sorted within the hour. Very efficient and courteous, saving me a big worry.

I have been with Easily for around 22yrs, yes they were better awhile ago because you could actually talk to support with an issue and it is now all emailed based, but that being said, any issues i have had since then have been resolved pretty quickly and effectively, Christopher has been helpful on more than a few occasions when i required help with a SPAM issue and also adding countries my my safe list very quickly and without fuss!

I had overlooked the renewal of my domain with easily and their uk based customer service team was fantastic. Response ls were speedy, concise and helpful. From first point of contact to resolution was less than 48 hours.

When I write with a query about a mistake on my account they write to me asking for the email address associated with the acount, and they then proceed to write to me at the email addrss they are asking for. Simply ludicrous!

My credit card was nicked so I cancelled it. Resolving the ensuing problems with Easily proved they lived up to thier name, as everything was resolved swiftly and Easily! Many thanks....
