Easily domain company’s Christopher responded almost immediately to my request & carried out the process without delay. In earlier email exchanges he was again extremely helpful in explaining things.

I've been a customer for 25 years. Over the last few years, I've had an increasing litany of problems.
I discovered recently that weeks' worth of email is missing. Some of it had somehow moved itself into another folder and some was just gone. They are insinuating that I did this. I'm in the middle of legal issue, and I need it. No phone number (cut about a year ago), no chat, no response to the first email, then an automated ticket response to the next. I'm into the third week now of trying to resolve it. Even more bizarrely, they are telling me that email back ups are only kept for four days - translation: you need to check your email every few days in case they have lost some, otherwise you can't get it back. I'll post more as it happens
UPDATE. So easily replied to my comment below. It is a bland, unhelpful response. They lost my email, have blamed me, and have told me (ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE), they only keep four days worth of back ups, so if you don’t discover a problem within four days, it cannot be recovered. They will not phone you, they will reply to emails when it suits them, and they will not apologise, except on a forum like this. Their’s is a fundamentally flawed offering. Don’t use it

Both my Domain names had expired be it only a week or so but got in touch with Easily and I was lucky enough to liaise with a guy called Ryan Kyamko. Well can’t say enough about this guy, so helpful throughout the process he sorted everything out for me with no fuss whatsoever. So rare to get customer service like he provided to me. Honestly gob smacked, you need to keep this fella, give him a rise in pay now before some other company gets hold of him. Unbelievable.

Tracy Spencer helped me renew a domain that was past the point of me being able to renew.was super responsive, helpful and dug us out of a hole. 2 hours from raising ticket to resolve issue.

I have been without my work email for 48 hours, as a freelance consultant this is a bit of a problem, and nobody at Easily appears to want to help.
This has happened several times before, and I am not going to renew this time. I could not in all honesty recommend Easily.

I have had an account for getting on 10 years at least, yet one day my emails stopped working on a mobile and a PC. finally got the phone option working, but cannot get the PC Outlook account setup. Easily support not helpful.

This company does not supply a telephone contact. My email has stopped working and the only way to contact them is by email! No one replies to any requests. I am disabled and rely on my email and their customer service is deplorable

There is a problem with the SSL certification for my website, hosted by Easily. I have paid for it to be renewed and the support team tell me it has been installed, and yet somehow it doesn’t appear to have updated. Some browsers refuse to connect to it as it is seen as "unsafe". This has been dragging on for nearly two weeks. Apparently the problem has been referred to "the tier 3 admin team" but I have no way of contacting them to find out what's going on. Maybe they are hard at work trying to solve the problem, maybe they aren't but two weeks is too long. I would just like to know what is happening and when my website will work properly again.

I can't believe all the good reviews - how the heck did people manage to contact this company? I desperately need help with my nameserver settings and have repeatedly tried contacting Easily since a week ago, both via their website contact form and also by sending emails - eventually to all 3 of their addresses in the hope that someone somewhere in their company would pick up my message and at least send me an acknowledgement! Absolute silence from them. I also had problems logging in to begin with and clicked on forgotten password more than once. Again, no email - and yes, I checked my junk. Today I found a phone number online purporting to be their customer services. Just got rapid bleeping. Why do they make it impossible to contact them? I'm paying these people money every month and they just seem to have disappeared, leaving me in limbo. Really hoping this review might evoke a response - and meantime, I'm shopping around for a new provider.
