I'm currently inside a bus, V Express from TBS to Johor Jaya, departed at 1130am. Beginning of the journey was ok until towards the end, the bus driver and a passenger start chatting and smoking even with the no smoking sign is directly above where they sit. This is totally unacceptable. I hope the management will pay more attention to this kind of behaviour.

Bought ticket from Easybook app from TBS to Singapore Departure on 05/06/2026 12:15AM and checked in online via the app. None of the QR code and bus plate or platform number shown in the app.
Proceed to counter at TBS was notified without the QR code will be denied from boarding.
Prompt to purchase same bus ticket at inflated price.
Very disappointed with Easybook online customer service rendered.
Such a waste of time and money.
Instant refund only available if you purchase the insurance.
With service like this I demand full refund and service recovery. Thank you.

The bus service Star Mars from Malacca to Singapore got delayed and Easybook informed me after 30minutes. The booking was for at 2:15pm & the bus came at 5pm at Malacca pick point & it was fully loaded & no seats for us. After protesting with the driver, they send another bus after 1hr. I reached Singapore at 2am where I supposed to reach at 6pm. I had to book taxi to reach home & unable to go to work next day. Never book via Easybook & Star Mars travels. Easybook told me operator never update them & their customer service response was after 2-3hrs. Easybook doesn’t even bother to compensate anything. Worst booking platform.

I purchased tickets 84560990 and 84560991 for the Grassland bus from Lavender MRT to Kuala Lumpur on 31 May 2026 at 7:05 AM. I arrived at the pickup point before departure, but the bus did not arrive and no representative was present. I request a full refund and an explanation. Please investigate this matter urgently.

The pickup location from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur is a random place with a taxi stop where a bus wouldn't even clear the curve to stop at. Singapore, Tai Seng (MRT) (18,Tai Seng MRT (CC11) Exit C Tim HoWan drop off point.
The Tim Howan location doesn't know anything. There is no operator counter, as it says in the booking.
The customer service forwards to a different customer service, which is just as useless.

This is a total scam company that just want to earn your money. When things go wrong with the bus, they easily push the blame to bus operator or tbs. They just say they just a platform to buy ticket. So the bus ticket you bought, it is not a confirmed seat but free seating and you may change multiple buses. The bus will go to other platform and much delay, this is tbs and bus operator fault.
They won't even ensure and work out agreement with the bus operator or tbs to sort out all the issues that is ongoing. All pushing blames to each other but none own it up.
So my advise stop using this platform. Buy direct bus ticket from the coach website and some bus coach is bad as well. At least you still can hold the bus operator accountable.

EASYBOOK is one of the most disgusting and horrible companies I have ever dealt with. Their “Refund Protection” is completely MISLEADING and feels like a SCAM to collect extra money from customers.
I booked round-trip bus tickets for 4 pax ($500++), informed them MORE THAN 1 MONTH in advance because of urgent house moving and safety concerns due to flooding/landslide news near the area. I submitted all supporting documents and explained everything properly through many emails. But their customer service only kept repeating “REJECTED, T&C NOT COMPLYING” again and again like robots.
Their so-called “Refund Protection” is useless unless you are dead, terminally ill, hospitalized, or disaster victim. Then what is the point of advertising “worry-free trip... if plans change unexpectedly”? Totally misleading and dishonest.
The most disgusting part is they refused refund but immediately cancelled my tickets anyway. So, they can resell the seats to other customers while keeping my money. Their policy only benefits themselves and shows ZERO CARE for genuine customers.
Absolutely horrible policy, terrible customer service, and disgusting business practice. I will never use EASYBOOK again and WILL WARN TO OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

WARNING TO TRAVELERS: Extremely irresponsible service by Easybook. My booking (EBSG-ON-2604026181) was a nightmare. The bus never arrived, leaving me stranded from 10 PM to 2 AM at Golden Mile Tower. The staff even tried to lie the next morning, claiming the bus came, until I proved them wrong with witnesses. I had to book another ticket (Starmart U8JNRE6W) at my own expense. Easybook is only offering a basic refund and refusing to compensate for the mental harassment and safety risk. I am reporting this to CASE and STB.

Easybook claims a 'lack of transparency' regarding my interaction with the operator, which is a blatant excuse. Here are my direct questions:
1. Control over Operators: Does Easybook have no control over the buses listed on its platform? Can any operator just skip a trip without informing the platform or the passenger?
2. Contact Details: You had my verified mobile number and email. Why was there zero proactive communication about the 'No-Show' while I was stranded until 1:57 AM?
3. Intentional Misleading: The staff initially tried to blame ME, claiming the bus had arrived and I missed it. It was only after I challenged them to check the CCTV footage and talked to other witnesses that they were forced to admit their fault.
4. Admission of Guilt: If you were 'unaware' of the situation, why did your team send me a formal 'No-Show' confirmation and refund process message on WhatsApp at 10:03 AM SGT right after my confrontation?
A simple refund doesn't cover the safety risk, mental harassment, and the loss of my international business day. I am not letting this go until there is full accountability via STB (Case Ref: STB-E-2024-00540222)."

This service is ridiculous, I bought my tickets on November 2025 and also opted for refund protection. Had to cancel and request for refund which they sent me $220 instead of $242. (Note that I signed up using their BS Apple Sign in with Private Relay. Regardless of Private relay or not it is still linked to my Gmail) Tried to withdraw my money that was credited to my easybook wallet instead of my bank account which I was not able to as I could not receive the OTP for god knows what reason. Sent a ticket and got notified by the customer service that Apple Private Relay is NOT able to get OTP which I believe is BS as many other platforms are able to send OTPs to my Gmail linked to my private relay. Been chasing them for about nearly 3 months now to assist me in withdrawing the amount in my EasyBook wallet. Sent them multiple tickets, texted their customer service hotline which does absolutely nothing. Finally managed to get a reply on Saturday 25 April 2026 in which the agent said “ Noted. Thank you for the clarification. We will raise a ticket on this matter to the relevant department for them to assist on the OTP issue. Once we receive their response. we will update you via email.” Have been waiting for 3 days to which I have yet to receive an email. Texted them again today at 8pm and the AI said that a live agent would be with me shortly. Waited for 30 minutes and checked back with them to which no reply. The agent only replied at 10:46pm and I had replied within one minute only to be faced with NO replies which had made me fed up so I began explaining the situation and the AI started sending me Auto-Generated messages about how refund related matters should be dealt with by lodging a ticket to their customer service which I had been doing for months, then ending off with their “ We’re currently outside our business hours 🕒🌙
No worries — we’ve received your message & will assign your chat to our team. They’ll get back to you as soon as possible once we’re back online ⏰
🕘 Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily 🌞🌙”
Horrendous service and don’t even know if I’ll be able to get my money back. NEVER use this app ever.

I booked a ferry to Batam; however, the system indicated that the transaction was unsuccessful while still charging my credit card. I subsequently attempted a second booking using internet banking. Although the payment was marked as successful, I did not receive any order confirmation or summary.
Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that a total of three payments had been deducted from my account. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the refund process would take up to 14 days.
Today, upon checking my credit card transactions again, I noticed an additional payment to Easybook listed as unposted. I am unable to understand how the system operates, and this situation has caused me significant inconvenience. Furthermore, my funds will be tied up for at least 14 days.
MY ADVISE,
NEVER USE EASYBOOK AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

Booked a return ticket . They cancelled the first bus sector without citing any reason. I had to take a new ticket through another channel. But easybook and city line did not refund the cancellation money. What a scam ! No one should trust these guys . City line is the worst bus service
I saw the reply and it is completely useless . I contacted the customer service and they did not help. They did not have a contact channel that responds in time. They responded after the time of travel . So please don’t fake your apology

I had a very bad experience in KPB bus which i took from KL to Penang on 31 march 2026. The bus was a new double decker but the driver was extremely rude and dangerous driving style. The bus plate number was JYN815. First the bus was late for 15-20 minutes I dont mind much, once I enter the bus with some foreign tourists, this tourist and me put our luggage below the bus and once we went up to sit down within 1 minute this foreign lady stand and quickly go to driver and everyone heard she said, excuse me sir, I’m sorry but I left my phone charger in my luggage, can I go and take it quickly please, the driver we heard say go faster now because the bus didn’t move yet. Once she went down to take her luggage and of course the luggage is lock,she open the luggage and take it and within 2 minutes she was down there to take, everyone heard this driver shout to her in malay saying in malay (your mother stupid As***ole!!) so loud he shouted and last words was in English faster, everyone was suprised especially the locals who understand the words. Then when he started driving the bus in KL area he was driving quite fast even in conering road until we all as passengers moved to right side of our seat cause he entered the coner quite fast, then suddenly he press strong brake and everyone surprised again then he change to most right lane without giving a signal light which made the car behind to horn to him, then he change bus to go middle lane let the car passed him then he shouted and horn many at that car like a crazy angry man driving this bus. I really feel not safe to ride a bus with a driver with this attitude and I even want to complain this to JPJ to take action cause of his reckless driving. Even KPB has a new bus but if they hired a bus driver like this character, it is a very dangerous this for their passengers life and this driver treated the passengers like shit, after we arrive penang I saw he asking extra money to 4-5 foreigners below the bus if they dont pay him he dont let them take their items. Is there a law in bus for passengers bags we cannot bring 1-2 bag oer person? but why he only targeting foreigners and not locals? Cause he scared of locals will report him to police or his company? I will never take KPB bus anymore due to this very bad experience.

Both Easybooking and bus operator Sin Yong KKKL (Sin Yong operates under the guise of KKKL so do not be deceived by them) will leave you in the lurch!!!
I booked through Easybooking 2 months before the bus trip from JB Larkin to KL TBS on the first day of CNY.
The experience was absolutely a disaster with the bus leaving me and wife without waiting!!! They were actually informed that we have already reached Larkin bus terminal yet they f cared us and left without waiting!!! We actually reached the terminal more than one hour earlier than the departure time!!!
Asking for refund from either of the freaking service providers is absolutely impossible!!!
They are totally disgusting 🤢

I am extremely disappointed with your platform. I sent emails and raised issues, but received no response at all. My case was even closed without any resolution.
This is a very poor and frustrating customer experience. Your support system is ineffective and makes it impossible to resolve problems.
Please take this seriously and improve your service.

Ils vendent en ligne des tickets de bus et de train. On réserve on paye, et là... on reçoit un mail disant qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous envoyer le billet et qu'on cherche une autre solution. J'écris pour protester, ils répondent qu'ils cherches le dysfonctionnement et qu'on sera remboursé dans 11 jours !!
Arnaque consistant à se faire 11 jours de trésorerie ! Ce n'est pas du vol car ils ont bien remboursé 11 jours après mais ça y ressemble.
