I will keep giving 1 star until someone from Easybook look into my easybook wallet withdrawal is successfully withdrawn. It’s truly disgusted that previous response promise to follow up but it’s just empty promises. Nothing has been done so far. If this continues, i will make police report on easybook attempts to scam people’s money.

This company has very poor management.
First of all, when you email them about certain issues, they send back a templated reply saying as following: "Thanks for your email. We're currently experiencing high volume of enquiries & are working hard to respond to each one as quickly as possible"
But it has been 24 hours since this email, and no one is responding. Working hard or sleeping hard?
Even their so called chat is also a templated answer of similiar content as above.
When nothing goes wrong, all is good. When something goes wrong, all hell will break loose.

City line travels
"I booked a bus (City line)from KL to Singapore with my family and friends on 14 Nov2023, including children and an infant. The staff member named Julie was incredibly rude and unfriendly, making our trip and day very unpleasant. She was disrespectful and kept giving orders throughout the journey.
When the infant was eating, she said, 'Don't let the kid throw things on the floor.' However, when my kid was eating a curry puff, small pieces scattered. Julie came and asked, 'Who threw these things?' We admitted it and offered to clean, but she ordered us to 'clean the floor now' or else the bus wouldn't start, which was unprofessional.
My 4-year-old got scared by her approach and said, 'Sorry, mommy, because of me, you have to go through this in front of everyone,' which was heartbreaking. Even though we cleaned, she also asked us to dispose of other items (used masks, half-empty coke bottles) that were already there when we boarded.
From now on, I won't choose this travel service, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends. One staff member has worsened my view of the entire company. Despite other positive aspects, the overall experience was not good, and I won't book with this travel service again."

Due to a connection/system issue on THEIR end. I did not receive my ticket in time to board the bus, so i ended up buying another ticket but lo and behold they said they cannot refund the money due to it being my mistake? HOw is it my mistake when the ticket wasnt even sent to me. I called the line but no one answer- i whatsapped but to no avail. So how is it my fault. You can clearly see a new ticket was bought so i did use your service, why cant a gesture of goodwill be applied here? Ohhh yes, is there any goodwill in this company? probably not based on all the reviews here.

Diabolical SCAM of a company. No stars is correct for these people.
I would advise never to book through this company.
If you do use them don’t bother getting the insurance as they will not honour it.
I hope somebody with authority can close this company down.

Their "100% refund guarantee" is a scam. You pay extra for it, then they don't honor when you have a claim. In the small print it says you need to prove you made another booking in place of the old one. I even did that. Only got an automated email saying "refund rejected". No explanation why.
update: after complaining I did get a "refund". But it is NOT an actual refund. It is a credit note that can be used for future bookings. Don't call it a refund if you don't actually refund the money! A little more honesty will go a long way to improve your credibility...

They declined my refund but the non refunded ticket still not appear in the application. If the refund decline, they should give back the ticket to customer!! So I didn't get a refund and I don't have my ticket either. They just took my money like that without me getting anything! I want to report to KPDNHEP or consumer claim Tribunal seem many customers face situation like me.

If any of you are booking through EASYBOOK and opts for the "100% refund protection", please choose redbus instead XD
Apparently they sent me their PDF file containing evidences that I should attach together when requesting for refund (after about 4 days of not getting a reply after requesting for refund), I found the evidences to be attached are very illogical 🤣🤣🤣 everything seems very funny to me (I already gave up on the refund at this point) and was told by them that the "100% refund protection" is to provide customers with a "peace of mind" 🤣🤣🤣

I should've read the reviews first before booking through them. We paid extra for refundable tickets, but we never got a refund when we canceled our trip. We even provided a photo as proof but they were inconsiderate. It honestly felt like we were SCAMMED.

Rubbish, the ticket barcode doesnt come altogether, when I called them to give all the tickets, they respond very slowly. Then I just bought the new ones on the counter because they dont respond my request quickly!

2. We could not sat on our seat numbers we book.

Booked ferry tickets to Batam yesterday. Just realised in the order summary that the details of the passenger was not correct. Emailed them and WhatsApp them and both said that their agents are not around and after i messaged them again they just ignored me. You take our money but you don't provide service? WOW!

Rubbish company. I selected my trip from 1st Sept to 3rd Sept and the searches came out. I selected my departure and arrival timing and paid. However after I paid and got the summary, I realise the date was changed to 1st Sept to 2nd Sept even though I selected 1st Sept to 3rd Sept at Step 1. Immediately contacted the company but they told me their website was fine and since it was fine, they are unable to do a change of date for me and brushed me off. What kind of customer service is it? Definitely not going to be using this platform to book anymore and definitely will recommend people to stop using it too

DO NOT BUY easybook discount vouchers and they will send all the invalid codes after purchase.
They hide the statements in terms and conditions with small fonts, only can use for selected bus operators from one way only. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Feel cheated.

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked a bus JUNE 29, we were all packed and ready to go and when I text the company they said it was holiday so therefore they were not going to take us. We emailed easybook asking for refund (plus we lost our second bus and had to stay one more day in malang, no one is gonna cover that cost im sure).. anyway, they told us to wait 4 weeks so I can get my refund. Is August 20.. I keep sending them emails about it and they keep answering “wait 24h we will get back to you”.. Worst customer service.

I booked 3 seats in Moraza Express from Kuala Terengganu to TBS, it was a VIP coach worth RM 47 per pax. At last the bus was breakdown and replaced with another bus from different company. There was no email received on this replacement. Or there is no details updated in the digital pass screen on the breakdown, and replacement. We kind of lack of information and have to rush to the counter for further details and was charged RM6 additionally. Also the replacement bus was from Ayu holidays, a normal express bus with clumsy congested seating space. Not at all comfortable for 6 hours journey. Money paid for VIP coach but replaced with low maintained express money. Service is not worth the money paid

TERRIBLE! Bad experience with your service!. 30 minutes before boarding you tell passengers the bus is broken (Tun Aminah Bus Station) and you have to buy new ticket which not available anymore!

rubbish system! I search Larkin Terminal via their website, then the result come out with not relevant departure point which is Tun Aminah?
I didn't check the departure point since I have used the filter function. In the end they not allowed to change the ticket after purchase within 5mins.
Hello, both of them have half an hour distance if by car!
Funny then why you guys provide the search function to exact departure point and the result with not accurate at all?
I will go for other booking service platform in future. since not only this rubbish platform.
