Lousy apps

Lousy apps. Want to write a review for my recent bus ride, click on my booking and found nothing.
I took a 9 hours lousy bus ride. The bus take forever to reach. Please do not take STAR QISTNA bus ride from SG to KL.
Nonsense, pass by sungai besi too but go to time square first instead of TBS which just next to it. Make a super big turn wasted another 30-45mins. Defeat the purpose of buying TBS ticket to get down first. Frustrated. Driver keep stop.

Loop to be patched

Not easily contactable even emailed no reply.
Booked bus ticket return trip. Unfortunately, to and fro booked same dates, overlooked. App should have rejected but accepted. This would not have happened if booked over counter. Should patch this loophole. It capitalises on human error

SCAM

SCAM!The website advertised that new user can valid for 52% discount, but the OTP cannot send it! I book my ticket and ask for customer service, they just reply oh you booked cannot use anymore???? BUT this is NOT my problem tho! USELESS company! My friends want to book the ticket too and he also cannot apply the code, I asked him to contact customer service before you book, when he contact, the customer service just say hello did you book your ticket? it’s a SCAM, no need to give consumer this promo if you’re not willing to give LOL

Fake reviews on billion star and no…

Fake reviews on billion star and no option to submit on the platform itself reviews. Took a billion star bus at 1:30am. They changed the bus and randomly allocated the seats all while no notification. Bus was late to arrival after passengers have cleared customs and we had to take a separate grab to attempt to be on time for our appointment. Disastrous service and no accountability held by easybook to check operators true reviews. On the easybook billion star is 4* out of 5, but look everywhere else it's 1*. According to the easybook website bus will arrive to golden mile at 6:50am. Bus was still at woodlands checkpoint by that time. It threw off our planning.

Update: followed the response to submit a form and here's what we got back - words and no action. Don't bother trying to tell them anything, nothing is going to change.

Good website and bus 707 did a good job

I had a good experience using this website to book a few bus trips from Singapore to Malaysia and Malaysia to Singapore. Especially recently (13 Jan evening) when I took Bus 707 to travel from Malacca to Singapore. The pick up time was very punctual, and the bus driving was efficient but also a safe speed. I arrived 1 minute late and luckily the bus driver waited for me. One important thing is that at the immigration checkpoints, I saw the bus driver counting to make sure that everyone was onboard before leaving. Overall it was a comfortable journey and we arrived smoothly and quickly. :)

The bus didn’t arrive

I have bought a ticket from easybook, but the bus never showed up! 1.15pm departure waited until 3pm and still no bus! Calls, emails, WhatsApp they all ignored! I demanded a refund,but it’s been 5 days and they still haven’t clarified anything! Absolutely TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

No more easybook

Bought 2 " supernice " coach tickets from Melaka sentral to Larkin sentral to depart on 26 Dec 3pm. Also paid for the refund protection.
We waited for the coach till 5pm but they never arrive so we have to buy 2 more tickets from another operator as we have to rush back to jb to catch the 9.30pm ktm train.
We try to apply for refund for the unused coach tickets.But easybook said it is not possible!!!
Then what is the point of buying refund protection?????

Dear Patricia, the Refund Protection can only be submitted 24hours before the departure timings. From the shared issue, if the bus delayed close to 2hours, we are able to escalate to bus operator for validation & refund from their end instead. Hope this clarifies!

Scam company please avoid

Will give minus 100 stars if I could. Bought KTM tickets for SG>JB on 17 Nov 2023, money deducted but tickets still pending even until today my date of travel 31 Dec 2023. Sent multiple emails, messaged them via Whatsapp with no replies. In the end, had to take the bus and queue at the customs despite paying additional for the train tickets in advance. Either a dishonest or a lacklustre company. Please don't buy any tickets from them to not ruin your trip. Will be going to their office in SG soon to lodge a complaint so others will not suffer the same fate as me.

To easybook: please don't bother to pretend to reply to my review asking for details of the incident because I already did that 1000 times to your useless whatsapp chat bot.

Looking forward to visiting your office in 2024

Dishonest and a scam

Booked two rail tickets from KL to Ipoh.
Money taken from card and on the same message - ticket failed!
So no tickets - huge inconvenience and no refund for 5 weeks so they say!
Its a scam and i will be going through my cc to claim the money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Nasty True Experience NOT RESOLVED

I am a pte person & dt like to speak bad in public but I really feel so disgusted that I am going to do it. I booked 2 round trip tickets. JB & back. I used Easybook.com to get the tickets. I booked the return ticket first. Only when I am sure I got return tickets then I proceeded to buy the trip fm SG to JB. Strange thing I received the e-tickets for my trip fm SG to JB but the return tickets were reflected as Pending. Easybook web site said to email them if e-tickets not received after 15mins. I did that & even repeated my problem to their WhatsApp nubr. Numerous emails were sent, No answer until I received an email late at night on 28th Dec 2023 to inform me that the reservation for return leg was unsuccessful. The email said I could inform them to proceed to reserve or get a refund. Again numerous emails went to ask where is the e-ticket for the return leg. NO ANSWER not even fm WhatsApp. In my email I clearly mentioned that if I can’t get return ticket, I will not be going to JB. No answer! I sent an email to inform Easybook.com that I want a refund for both tickets. Then only I got an answer from another agent toninform me the return tickets are available and was sent to my email. TOTALLY untrue! Now their email said no refund & should they evaluate it and approved any refund ,I will get 75%. I have never experienced such appalling ,unfair & unprofessional service. Only when I want to get refund, only then the reply came back that the return tickets are available and had been already sent to my email! Can somebody help me. I am turning blue with anger. I wrote back to say I DONT HAVE the return e-ticket in my email. Even at the time of typing this review I did not receive the return e-tickets.Again NO ANSWER! Today I even went to the KTM office in Woodlands to get assistance. The first word fm the KTM staff to me was “why did u buy through Easybook. Use KTM App”, I am still waiting for an answer fm Easybook whether I can get my refund. It’s been a very very frustrating experience.

100% REFUND PROTECTION but NO CHANGE DATE/RESCHEDULE TRAVEL

Bought a Refund Protection but there's no CHANGE DATE OPTION

I was complying, changing just the DATE of my travel but they message at whatsapp that it can't change. FROM THEIR FAQ, you can request a change of DEPARTURE as long as SAME COACH.

The one I bought was SGD 58*3 (SGD 174)and the one that I am availing is much cheaper SGD 49.00*3 (SGD 147), I am willing not to receive the excess/change from the tickets. WE only just want to CHANGE our DEPARTURE DATE.

Their Customer Support @Whatsapp is just a BOT, not a LIVE chat agent. 9am-10pm service, I was messaging @12pm, they were saying AGENTs were away.

I want to promote EASYBOOK via Pinterest, IG, Tiktok because of the cheaper bus tickets but after experiencing this....

Terrible & unpleasant experience

Booked a return bus ticket from KL to SG in this app, Was informed by the service provider (Billion Stars) via Whatsapp that the scheduled bus was cancelled the night before our departure. Booked another bus ticket from them again with no other options. The bus somehow didn't came and there's no counter or staff to speak too. Seek Easybook customer service via Whatsapp for help and ZERO assistance given. Was left stranded in KL like a fool as they simply ignore your messages and expecting us to settle by our own. Wrote in to them using their customer service feedback option, No response to them too. Thank you for ruining our trip and NO to EASYBOOK Again....

Worst e-commerce platform

Why is there a 1star rating?This is a disastrous and scam company. Who is the CEO? Sleeping? The whole management must be sack immediately for causing distress to the public. A simple ticket booking app can go so wrong. Complete waste of time

I bought to bus tickets, but when the payment was about to be confirmed, their system crashed… I waited for 30 minutes but didn’t recieve a receipt or confirmation-email. I then bought two other tickets where i instantly got the receipt for the tickets. Apparently this absolute shithouse of a company withdrew money for both of the bookings even though i never got any tickets for the first payment…. The company was rude to me when i politely afsked to get my money back, but they refused…. I could never recommend any to buy from this company - not even my worst enemy.

DO NOT BUY refundable ticket…

DO NOT BUY refundable ticket @easybook.com. The refund is only valid with many conditions despite advertising that they can refund without any conditions until 2 hrs before departure. This is not true . The company is unresponsive despite sending multiple emails to them. I had a recent worst experience dealing with them and up to today they still refuse to honour the company’s 100% protection refund . Do not purchase any tickets from Easybook.

be careful to buy refund protection ticket it is a scam

be careful to buy refundable ticket @easybook.com, refund only valid with certain conditions. If we change plan due to something that was unforeseen before they will not refund, already sent email but no respond. R*db*s is preferrable they can refund without any conditions until 2 hrs before departure and the refund process only took a couple of days, CS is responsive

Update:
After this complain I did get a "refund" in the form of credit note in Easy wallet to be used for future bookings.

PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT NO BOOKING MAKE

Payment for booking successfully deducted..But status purchase of train ticket from JB to SG still pending after more than 48 hrs..Only can send wats app to report..I cant even book new tickets via KTM ORIGINAL PAGE BECAUSE STATUS DOUBLE BOOKING..INSTEAD I HAVE TO MAKE MY WAY TO KTM TICKET COUNTER AT WOODLANDS CHECKPOINT FOR PURCHASE..DO NOT USE EASYTICKET FOR TRAIN BOOKING..AT YOUR OWN RISK..
