Simple straightforward - a good business approach

The only area the system falls down is postage times and costs from the individual houses, I'm not sure what could be done . Having paid premium fees for postage no tracking is ever provided, shipments and packing can take two weeks. As for the houses that don't post and use packing companies it would be helpful for online use to be able to unselect them. This would be extremely helpful on easylive alerts as it's caught me out more than once.

Good search facility, well set out, bidding functions well

Good clear format, very easy to use, best of all offers flat £3 charge instead of percentage which is a great deal when bidding for more expensive items. Not all aution houses link with Easy Live - but they ought to!

Easy to use Live Auction just as it says :)

Makes it simple to place a bid and is really a great way to join in an auction that is too far away to be able to attend.

So easy to search for "treasures" right across the country ahead of the auction.
Bidding is a breeze. Important you check auction house fees before bidding but that's easy too.

consistently reliable

It takes me ages to find the auction that I’m actually bidding on if I go off-line for awhile it’s not obvious and I’ve missed lots because I can’t find it easily. I seem to eventually but not easily.

Awful! They don’t even have a contact number in their website. Just a message area you can send them a message for them to reply. I registered for an auction, did not start bidding and they took £50 out my bank account!! They have no refunded it so I will be contacting my bank to get it back. I have used other auctions in the past and never have they took money before an auction that I have not even bidded on. I will never use this site again.

The entire team at Easy Live are great partners with us. They respond rapidly to any questions, always answer the telephone and are generally good eggs! Dealing with them is always a great pleasure. Such an important part of our business.

Using Easy Live Auction means I have access to so many different auction sites with ease. A quick and search brings up items I want across all the auctions.
It gives the dates of when the item is going through. Brilliant site.

won a lot went to andover to pick it up 4 hour round trip they couldn't find the lot well fed up

Easy to use but does sometimes require re loading due to item loading.

Overall fairly good.
All auctions should be free to the buyer, this cost should be covered by the auctioneer. Don't charge the 3%/£3 fee.
Pre submitted bids should not been shown until the lot is being auctioned.
