I made reservation with easyreserve, so never heard about this agenzia arcobaleno. when i arrived they said something happened, no washing machine, i said i dont care. i got anbother aparment maybe, dont remember.
I got a whatsup number if there is problem.
When we entered the aparment, behind a cabinet bottle, cigarette box dust etc...
Everything was dirty. the shower was....
kitchen counter was dirty.
i wrote to the number. Next day 2 cleaner guys came.. i tought they some maintance not even cleaners..
First looked like they speak little bit english. but later they just ignored me.
The cleaning was what they did at the shower was almost nothing.
I checked the AC, told them, it was full of dust. We have AC, also my grandmother have AC she heating with AC.
Am an electrician so I know how its works. The dust amount was inside was not one month old... much more...
I asked the cleaners when was it sanitised last time? no answer.
So not even used, I didn't want to get lungh disease.
In the cabinet the mugs, plates whas dirty. They wahsed one plate with water only. ...
Showed something ansered something in italian and ignored me.
After this i gave up...
Arrived at 6th september , Left on 9th
I tought i dont want arguing, theres no point...
On 8th i found out when i wnated to use, gas stove, not working the elctric sparking system on it.. Was not pluged in, because there was no socket...
Kitchen steam extractor was not connected.. not worked.. no light ..
Write to easy reserve.. they listened agenzia arcobaleno, listened me.. now they said waiting for agenzia arcobaleno.. but im not waiting anymore.
I wanted some compensation. Money back. Not all. Would be better if all.
Nothing. Okay it was cheap. But who want this? and dirty apartment?

Keurig binnen 5 minuten netjes een bevestigingsbrief mail gekregen!
Ook de bevestiging van de aanbetaling kwam direct binnen. App gedownload en zie daar keurig alle gegevens in vermeld.

easy to navigate with mostly good…
easy to navigate with mostly good filtering options. Short delay in getting email responses but figure that is due to time differences. Answered questions and interfaced with owners to clarify policies (be sure to read them). Booking process was seamless other than issues with my bank, which were resolved. Villa descriptions are thorough and helpful.

I’d like to give 3.5 but this isn’t possible. With a little care and attention this place would get a five. But a few things were lacking 1) really minimal guidance for checking in and for the property, for example we were not sent an address but a pin via WhatsApp then a video walking to the property.
2) it wasn’t until our last day we realised we had a key to open the gates to drive the car in, we had been expecting a fob, this might seem silly but just a little welcome pack with some information like this would have been so useful
3) you only get 2 sunbeds for your property which can sleep up to 6… in fact one of our sunbeds was split - we mentioned it but did not get anything replaced, we also had a broken umbrella and previous sunbed which we requested to be removed and it wasn’t
4) despite asking for WiFi we didn’t receive this for the duration of our stay
5) there are general repairs required (handles missing off drawers and loose shelves etc)
We stayed 7-14 August 2024 at Ville San Pietro near Costa Rei, Sardinia

We are only hearing about all this now for the first time, and there is not much we can do for you now after check-out.

Ingen action /service fra easyreserve på dårlig rengøring og manglede sengetøj
Der var flere ting galt med især kommunikation fra easy reserve, der videregiver problemer til mellemmænd og fralægger sig ansvaret. Vi havde intet sengetøj/ linned / håndklæder fået da vi ankom, i prisen var det inkluderet lagt på. Vi måtte selv undersøge at få hentet noget dag 1 og lagt på. Rengøring var også mangelfuld men igen henviste easyreserve bare til deres lokale samarbejdspartner og at de ville kontakte dem. Langsommelig proces over flere dage som endte med absolut aktion fra deres side, så vi gjorde også selv rent. Huset og beliggenhed er helt fantastisk men vil aldrig mere leje via easyreserve eller anden 3.part, så det bliver lokalt/ dansk i fremtiden
