Had voor gespreide betaling gekozen en zou ca 300 euro moeten betalen als eerste betaling via Ideal. toen ik daar op verder ging was het bedrag verhoogd tot 782,50 euro wat niet direct mogelijk was door een limiet. Daardoor moest ik 4 uur wachten voordat dit mogelijk was

Het spijt ons ten zeerste dat uw boekingservaring niet optimaal was.
Naar aanleiding van uw ervaring hebben we ons boekings- en betalingsproces herzien om ervoor te zorgen dat dit probleem zich niet meer voordoet. We willen met name benadrukken dat, hoewel we veel verschillende betaalmethoden aanbieden (waaronder Ideal), de mogelijkheid tot betaling in termijnen momenteel alleen kan worden gebruikt met een creditcard of betaalpas.
Het spijt ons zeer dat dit voor verwarring heeft gezorgd en de boeking minder soepel heeft laten verlopen. Dankzij uw recensie maken we op onze website nu nog duidelijker welke betaalmethoden voor elke optie worden geaccepteerd, zodat toekomstige klanten een betere ervaring hebben.
We wensen u een fijne vakantie en als u nog iets nodig heeft voor, tijdens of na het verblijf, neem dan gerust contact op met ons team.

wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen entstanden sind.
Es gab einen Fehler in unserem System, der verhindert hat, dass die Zahlungsbestätigungs-E-Mails - sowohl die erste Bestätigung als auch die Bestätigung des Zahlungseingangs - verschickt werden konnten.
Wir können Ihnen auch bestätigen, wie in unserem privaten Schriftverkehr mit Ihnen, dass trotz dieses Fehlers im System die Buchung korrekt abgeschlossen wurde und Sie sich nun auf Ihren Urlaub freuen können.
Während wir das Problem mit der E-Mail behoben haben, um ähnliche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden, versuchen wir immer noch, die technischen Probleme mit der deutschen Telefonnummer zu beheben. Wir haben viele andere Nummern und möchten uns höflichst einladen. jede Kunden auffordern, diese zu nutzen, wenn sie sich schneller melden müssen, aber aber auf ein Problem stoßen.

We do not charge a fee for our services but are a villa rental company. Our villa rental experts do try to help customers find the right vacation rental for them when requested but this is not at a fee.
There is a company with a very similar name to us that charges a service fee to users and it is likely that this is the business that you are actually looking for.
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience and hope you find a suitable resolution but, as far as we can tell, it had nothing to do with our business. If we're right and this is the incorrect company that you have reviewed, would you please remove this review as it affects our business?
