Abgewohntes Ferienhaus
Die Buchung lief sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus auf Sardinien gebucht. Während des Aufenthaltes haben sich dort dann viele Mängel eingestellt. Die Anlage insgesamt ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Fotos des Anbieters müssen aus einer Zeit sein, als die Anlage noch neu war. Tatsächlich ist das gesamten Mobiliar, sowie alle Bedienenelemente und Küchengeräte komplett abgewohnt. Gerade im April ist es des nachts noch kühl und man stellt somit die Klimaanlage auf wärmen ein. Sobald dann der Backofen noch angemacht wird, fällt die Hauptsicherung aus. Somit steht man abends dann gerne mal in einem stockdunklen Haus.
Das gesamte Haus, beziehungsweise die Räumlichkeiten, Fußböden, Wände und so weiter waren insgesamt sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Der Pool enthielt zwar schon Wasser, allerdings funktionierte die Poolpumpe nicht. Die Liegestühle, Rattanmöbel, Tische und sonstiges sind uralt und gehören eigentlich in die Entsorgung. Das selbe betrifft selbstverständlich sämtliche Stühle und Tische und Sofas im Haus. Die aufgezogene Bettwäsche, vor allem aber Kissen waren teilweise mit Schwarzschimmel belegt. Das haben wir leider erst bei der Abreise gesehen, als wir die Bettwäsche abgezogen.
Ganz besonders frech ist die Tatsache, dass wir nicht das Haus bekommen haben, dass wir laut Fotos gebucht hatten.
Insgesamt haben wir versucht, das Beste daraus zu machen, vieles selbst repariert und vor allem erst einmal gründlich gereinigt. Selbstverständlich hatten wir den lokalen Service vor Ort über die Mängel informiert. Geändert hat das leider nichts.
Insgesamt haben wir zwar das Beste daraus gemacht, aber noch einmal würde ich bei Easy Reserve niemals wieder etwas buchen. Auch wenn es viele andere positive Erfahrungen hier gibt, einen Versuch würde ich nicht noch mal starten.

As stated in our terms and conditions, we always recommend getting in touch with us as well as the owner or keyholder when an issue arises so that we can do our best to find a solution as we always want to satisfy our customers. If we don’t hear about it until after check out, however, we cannot do anything to make your vacation better.
Unfortunately in some areas of Italy, the output of houses is generally only 3kW so if multiple appliances are used simultaneously then the electricity can trip. We regret the inconvenience caused but this is outside our control.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Customer satisfaction is always our goal and we will thoroughly investigate the issue and discuss it with the property owner to ensure this does not happen again.

Leider nicht gut
Absage für eine Villa erhalten, ohne Begründung. Aber diese war erneut buchbar. Beim 2.Mal dann keine Antwort mehr.
Dann weiterhin Spam-Werbung, obwohl man dem widersprochen hat. Zukünftig ist easyreserve für mich ein rotes Tuch.

Paid then booking system failed
When my payment was authorised by my bank the easyreserve system failed to continue, so I was left in limbo wondering whether my booking was confirmed. The disappointing aspect was I could not get through on the telephone, however, they did get back to me later in the day to say all was well and confirmed my payment and booking, IT glitch etc, so fine in the end.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in…
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Luino und trotz verfrühter Anreise hat uns die sehr freundliche Roberta warm empfangen und war generell eine unheimlich fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Das Appartment ist auch schön, aber so weit oberhalb von Luino, dass man eher ein Auto braucht. Den Abzug bei den Sternen gibt es, weil das Appartment ziemlich teuer ist.
