It was very difficult to register
It was very difficult to register. We were in Tuscany in a place without cell reception. After two hours your website kicked me out and wouldn't let me register. It was a hard and annoying evening. We trusted and wanted this Ripresa House. We spent hours in this process

Fijn en snel schakelen met klantenservice en we kregen tijd en ruimte om vragen te stellen terwijl het huis alvast werd gereserveerd. Systeem werkt helaas niet altijd goed mee (eerste info verzoek sturen lukte een paar keer niet). Tot zover goede ervaring.

Price changed AFTER I booked
I booked a house and received a confirmation email. Two days later, I received an email stating the reservation was canceled by the host, and no explanation was given. When I inquired as to why my reservation was canceled, I was told that a “glitch in their system” had resulted in the “incorrect price “ being advertised at the time I booked. Easy Reserve welcomed me to rebook at the new, higher price. Regardless of why the price was changed (owner-desired price increase or a glitch, as they claimed), canceling a reservation for this reason seems, at minimum, an unfair business practice.

Once we identified the error, our priority was to reach out to you promptly to explain the situation and ensure transparency.

In instances where a property owner decides to cancel or not accept a reservation—an occurrence that rarely happens but is possible, as in this case—our only options are to fully refund the customer or assist in finding a suitable alternative. We are committed to ensuring that any disruptions are handled with as much care and support as possible.
We certainly did not expect you to book at the higher price if it did not meet your preferences. Instead, we immediately offered to fully refund you and offered assistance to find an alternative accommodation that would align with your original spending plans. Our goal is always to ensure that our guests feel supported and valued throughout their booking process.
We are continuously working on improving our systems to prevent such issues in the future and we hope to regain your trust. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to assist you under better circumstances in the future.

had booked a holiday home in Italy and received confirmation, but two days later we received a message that it was overbooked so we couldn't get it. We were offered other houses, which we chose, so we are extremely happy with that decision, and we also received a nice reduction in the price of the rent.

Booked via VRBO. A little confusing at first working out how to pay but a phone call to VRBO customer services put me on the right track. Once I was dealing with Easy Reserve the experience was good. Good communication a fast acknowledgment of payments. Happy so far.
