Wish I could give this company minus 5 stars. Stay away from this company, cheap knock off clothing that do not resemble in any way the items they are advertising on their website. They are sending out Chinese knock offs instead of the items listed. Then they try to hassle you by telling you your refund can take up to 3 months because you have to return the items to China which takes 2 to 3 months and you have to cover the very costly postage. Stay away its false advertising! I hope this business goes bankrupt!

I'd prefer to leave 0 stars. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Clothes are nothing like their images on the website; quality is poor, sizing is frankly bizarre and some of the jumpers are so heavy that you'd be fatigued wearing them! One cream jumper was badly marked and they also charged me for an item I never received (which they never acknowledged in any of their emails). They refuse to refund unless you return to China at your own cost and obviously take no responsibility for accepting returns. (And the cost of a private returns is astronomical - running into hundreds of pounds on my £280 order.) If you have been unfortunate enough to purchase from them, state that the sizes are not as described, quality poor etc and ask for a full refund and returns info. Go through the rigmarole of offers of credit notes, and then when you've got enough evidence that they are breaking UK consumer law (it takes about six emails), go to your credit card supplier and ask for a charge back, including a link to these Trustpilot reviews. It's also worth reporting them to your local Trading Standards officer.

Thieves - item took 6 weeks to arrive and the quality was appalling and did not fit. Wrote to customer service but they insisted that I should pay the return postage to China or they would give me a discount voucher towards next purchase. They show an Amsterdam office address to fool you into thinking it’s a European company but just another cheap Chinese Primark.

They're really bad and I think maybe a scam.

Said that they were a Dutch company but their products ship from China.

Thieves!!!! Do not order from this company!!!!!! The quality of their clothes are awful and nothing like the pictures on their website. The sizing is completely wrong. This company should be criminally investigated and closed down. They refuse to issue refunds and try to offer you more faulty clothes instead of your money back.

Wish I had read the reviews of this company before I spent £100 on items that were totally not fit for purpose. Sizing is shocking and so is their customer service. Don’t offer refunds, want to offer you 30% discount on another product. Not a chance! Avoid at all costs everyone!

Same here guys, I fell for the online presentation this company puts out there, ordered two of their so called Ryan Ricci Baggy Tracksuit Bottoms thinking I would have some top quality cool but retro style bottoms. Well........what turned up was nothing short of a joke. Brown corduroy, flimsy, cheap flared trousers that hung 'half mast' off my legs. I looked like a scarecrow! I would have laughed if I hadn't have been conned out of £75..... The good news for you all is, if you paid using your bank card, contact your bank and explain what you've received. I did this and they passed me through to the disputes team. Ok, this is equally as annoying as had to hang on the phone for over 20 mins, but I was determined. They refunded me my money! It's worth a try guys. It's too easy to just give up and let these scammers keep doing what they are doing! Don't let them....times are hard and getting harder, so go get your money back!

Item quality was not worth the money. Also brought a large and was too small for a mens small.
Automated email reply about my return offering me 75% off my next purchase.
I just want my money back.

Scam site, avoid. fake pictures, fake addresses, fake reviews - items look like they cost pennies to make. Don't waste any time - do a chargeback on your credit card. They will get you the refund.

Needs to be shut down and whoever opened this business is shocking and taking people's money without sending the items fuming at myself for not reading reviews 80 quid gone 😤

-10 stars. An absolute ridiculous company. Cheap materials and avoid giving a refund. Been trying to get a refund for over a month now with minimum response. Absolute joke of a company! Ridiculous prices for the quality. Wish I never bought from here and never will again!

I wish I had read the reviews before making the mistake of purchasing anything from them. Sizes are off, quality isn’t great and the prices are quite high for what they send.
BEWARE! They don’t offer refunds. THEY WANT TO SEE PHOTOS OF YOU WEARING THE CLOTHES THAT DONT FIT AS ‘EVIDENCE’ - this is completely unacceptable and unethical!!!

Dodgy online store. Poor quality no refunds , max one reply to your email. Do not buy anything from them. No refund no exchange , they offer you discount to keep the product as well but never give you discount code for future purchases if there is no other choice to have refund.

My son ordered some cargo pants, they arrived and the quality is extremely poor. We have sent several e-mails asking to return and receive a refund. No reply to any e-mails

Updating people so I had a response backabout my other 2 tracksuits I ordered December the 12th they finally responded saying sorry we are out of stock with them you have 1 of 2 options
Option 1 choose a substitute basically or
Option 2 100percent store credit lol
I said I don't think so your problem it ain't in stock I want a refund back in my bank
I have done a chargeback with my bank anyway
Please guys any one off you need to file a charge back with your bank or credit card company if you are not getting responses to return item or wrong item sent or the item is not how described because it's disgusting what there doing and they get charged for every chargeback claim as well as losing money we paid for our items so they will get what they deserve PLEASE FILE A CHARGEBACK IF NOT HAPPY AND GETTING IGNORED BY THEM AND KEEP UPDATING US PLEASE .

I wish I had read all these reviews before placing an order!! I have ordered in Nov and still in January the status showing pending!!!!!! I emailed them and they did not even bother to reply!! How do we report them as scam????

Ordered from this company item which l received was nothing like displayed on there website be very careful as you have to pay for return shipping which probably cost more than item ,don’t fall in the same trap as myself
