This company will not take a product back.. you will have to return it to China yourself which may take three months!! They will not give a refund untill the product reaches China. They will only offer money off next item you order..will never order again .

Terrible still waiting on 2 tracksuits only 1 delivered said they are waiting on supplier to tell us if in stock I said no don't just refund me for them 2 the purple tracksuit Idid receive is terrible quality there must be something can be done to companies like this surely with visa or something I don't know anyhow I have done a chargeback waiting now for there reply and then to send evidence !!!!

This Company should be rated at zero start to be honest. Returns process is a bit of a joke. First you need to email details of the order to say you want to return the item and the reason. Second you need to take pictures of the item to show that item does not fit.All this so you can be told, that they can only refund 30% of the value and you need to cover the shipping fee, Being advised that the return process can take even 2-3 months. Do not recommend, do not buy.

APPALLING RETURNS POLICY. A TOTAL SCAM ... and the clothes are poorly made and do not resemble in any way the size quoted. I am taking this company up with WHICH.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it looked like it had been thrown together. This was November and I am still trying to get the information needs to send it back. Absolutely disgusting disgraceful company and customer service. Our country should have laws about allowing traders like this operate here

Ordered 2 coats x2xl and they arrived and they were pretty much kids sizes.

Numerous emails and no replys

I ordered 2 outfits on the 16th of December for a New Year’s party.i was emailed to say they’d been delivered upon returning home I found no parcel or no photo picture to prove delivery had been made I checked with my neighbours and no parcel was found I have emailed them 3 times over the last 2 weeks still with no reply this is a joke now

If I could give negative stars.. I there would never be enough .
Ordered an apron and paid over 30 quid. Utter rubbish. Very poor quality .
My own fault for thinking they were a French company but only realised they were Chinese after the purchase.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I am being very generous with one star.
Ordered cargo trousers £44. Arrived after Christmas and the quality was shocking. They were no more than cheap pj bottoms.
I have sent several emails and contact forms to return the item with no reply (they claim they will answer within 24 hours) They also say easy returns which again is untrue.
Please do not buy anything from this company they are not advertising legitimately.

Do not shop here. They’re all scams. I spent £200 and had to pay £35 to send the horrible dresses back for a refund and now I am just being ignored! I will post this every time this group pops up and will continue to write reviews so people don’t fall into the same trap I did!

Bought a red jumper for Christmas on 7/12/24 it came after Christmas and it was no better than a dish rag, it was literally a cut out piece of material and certainly not worth £39 plus postage that the parcel took 20 days to come. Don’t purchase from this site it is utter trash

Don't order anything from this website, they claim to sell luxury clothing at affordable price but all you get after a month of waiting is chinese cheap quality clothing. They don't reply to emails and even if they do they will ask you to send items back to china which also costs a lot, don't get fooled by free uk shipping & this company is registered in Netherlands but send products from china, scam scam scam

Horrendous. Ordered some shoes for my aged mother (order number EC8721)… Wrong size, tried emailing on numerous occasions in order to organise a return and a replacement in the right size. No matter what I do, no response from the company whatsoever. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SHODDILY RUN COMPANY!

Awful - took ages to arrive and wasn't like the description. Now they are playing games to avoid giving me my money back. Don't waste your time with this website

I ordered a jacket which when arrived was too small and badly made. After three emails they suggested I donate it to charity! Eventually they agreed for me to return it to China. I won’t be sending it back as I don’t want to waste any more money, there is no guarantee I will get my money back. Don’t buy anything from them!

They are scammers on a big scale,I think I may have got of lightly I don't know.I purchased a white jacket in my size still didn't fit poor material so thin bad fit just junk £33.00 paid not a lot I know not the point sent an e~mail one of 3 still no reply,been to bank I may be able to get that back I'll see how I get on.Keep away from these Chinese companies never trust them.

Ordered a Hugo hoody, the item they sent looked similar but is very cheap quality.
The ad was a legit image of Hugo clothes. Total scam, life lesson. £60 down the drain. Don’t order!

I have just read the reviews. I have now raised a dispute with my bank and have just been informed that my order (£85) for a jacket is a recurring payment! Cheeky ba@@rds!

Avoid this company.. two dresses for 75 pound. Probably worth 3 pound. No option to return goods. Poor communication… absolute SCAM
