can't give one start, if there is an option for 0 stars I will rate the service, I got msg for the last 15 days, will be delayed due to operational issues. worst service I ever experience like this.
Unnecessary and bad delays in the delivery
We had ordered tree saplings from a nursery in Satara Maharashtra on 31st May 24 for delivery in Chiplun Maharashtra which is hardly 150 kilometres. They picked up the same on 3rd June.
The parcel went to Bangaluru in Karnataka and we don't know the reason from where it left for Chiplun Maharashtra on 10th June. After chasing the company customer care for two days I was getting messages that by the end of the day your parcel will be delivered.
Ultimately today I got a mail after repeated mails that we can't deliver the same because parcel is damaged and I should speak to my supplier.
Worst part is customer care number is automated voice response and nobody is ready to pick up the call.
This is the worst experience of my life.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent delivery experience that left me quite disappointed. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the efficiency and reliability of your services. However, my latest order has been fraught with issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
After placing a prepaid order with PW, I eagerly awaited its arrival. For three consecutive days, I received notifications stating that my order would be delivered by the end of the day, only to find it undelivered with no communication from the delivery agent. Despite the assurances, there was no attempt to contact me for delivery instructions.
On the second day, I took the initiative to call the delivery agent, who informed me that I would need to pick up my order from the distribution center. This was highly inconvenient for me. Despite my efforts to communicate, it took another day and multiple calls before the delivery was finally made.
This experience was not only frustrating but also alarming, considering the order was prepaid. The lack of communication and professionalism from the delivery agents was concerning. I urge Ecom to address this issue and ensure that such lapses do not occur in the future.

Delivered wrong parcel
This is a worst company , the delivery boy gives someone's parcel to someone else, does not even read the name and when I calls in their office, this company disconnects the call. Why does company hire this type of employees

I ordered some items from Mesho , that delivery person gave another place , I told him OTP also , because am working, I told him to our security but , he didn't gave to our security . I lost my money and not gave my items also . Am not satisfied this service
