Worst service and the agents are experts in lying. Delay in delivery and pickup as well. They send false messages that they tried picking up the item without even trying for it. Liars . No proper customer care number or any email id to contact them. How can we trust them.

Very worse service from Ecom. They update wrong status and return. I got msg for your shipment is out for delivery and given delivery boy phone. Delivery boy does not pickup phone and not deliver and update return without concerning. when visit his Delhi DU they also not hand over shipment but promise next day will be delivered. however next day also having same case. they not delivered and update shipment return. Again delivery boy does not pickup phone provided by sms from ecom.
Seller's Worst Experience
As a seller, I'd say they have the worst pickup performance. The pickup executive is not professional at all and talks in a weird rude tone. I have been running the business for the last 3 years from Dehradun and my company is working with Amazon shipping, Delhivery, and Xpreebees but I would never recommend Ecom Express to any of my fellow business owners. If Ecom Express is reading my article please teach your delivery and pickup executives to behave properly and more professionally.
They are promoting fraud online shopping site for money.
I ordered a kurta set from a site named lucknowi fashion..yesterday I got my parcel via ecom express. .but I got a torn kurta n dupatta. . the payment method was cash on delivery. . I paid 949 rupees to delivery boy.
So it's oblivious that ecom express must have links with that fraud shopping site.
But they are not giving assistance to grab those online frauds.. Very pathetic service

I want to give this courier service zero star but there is no option.this company algorithm is fu*ked up , they don't deliver any item, instead they block the number of costume and play eaisy. The employee working in Ecom express are full of shi* I suggest this company should be shut down because it is not there first time but they did this thing thousands of times..

Courier person left without delivering…
Courier person left without delivering package because I didn't receive otp. As per the rule he could have checked my ID for the same. Company contact number is not reachable have tried more then 15 times. And delivery person is also has updated delivery status door closed. I am really doubtful about his intentions.
He asked me to come out of the house and stand out side near him to check if am receiving otp or not. After he left I have received few sms which includes Ecom express msg regarding delivery person details and some bank transaction sms. But didn't receive any otp msg, how this is possible if he has sent otp I should have received it with other sms.
Third class service
No response from delivery guy, support team or warehouse!
They say they will deliver but never make an attempt and then mark the delivery as 'undelivered because otp not available'

I was supposed to get my parcel on 3rd of July but still not received.. delevery man didn't pick up the call nor the person who claim to be the manager didn't pick up the call... Idk why my parcel was sent through this Ecom express... It's my frst time n I hope tis will the last time my company sent me parcel through this express....

Why there is negligence from ecom express. Delivery person didn't even call me. I called them multiple times they refused to take my calls. My product arrived 3 days back even though it was delayed by deliver persons why this much irresponsibility from ecom express. This is the second time i am experiencing the issue with same product.
