ECO wood watch
The ordering process was easy. When my watch got to me it was easy to set. The watch is very light weight. I had to remove 2 links and it was super easy with the tool they sent. The watch looks and feels great on my arm. I am very pleased with my watch.

Contemporary elegant
I don’t usually buy this style of watch so you can say it was more of an impulse buy and I love it! I wear the watch all the time. It has a timeless elegance and yet contemporary. I love the concept of a watch made from wood. It’s classic! Easy to wear! I am considering buying another watch.

Rough living guy
My husband is in construction and i bought one of these watches for him. He had a fall and the watch band broke, this company replaced the watch, no questions asked. Then the band broke again. I contacted the company again and they responded with the option to repair the watch we had or just order another one that would be stronger - all at no charge to us. This is the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I am so happy with this company. I will order another watch from them any day and recommend them to everyone who wants one!!! Thank you for making this experience to fantastic!!!

Needs better instructions
I really like this bracelet, even though I am not really a bracelet person. I docked a star because the instructions for how to remove links are printed on craft paper which makes them very hard to read. Also, they pretty much stop at how to remove the link pins, and do not tell you how to put the link pins back together after removing the segments. I was able to find a random YouTube video with instructions for how to deal with link pins, and sort of extrapolate to how to do it using the tools provided by Eco Wood Wear.

Emailing customer support they got back within 24 hrs with the tracking info and delivery date. Watch also comes in a very solid wooden box.

Beautiful Watch and Great Customer Service
I am not someone who is particularly excited by watches, and I rarely wear them. But when an advert for Eco Wood Wear popped up on my FB feed, I was instantly interested. I thought it looked incredible. After some research, I knew I had to have one. It arrived yesterday, and I think it is absolutely stunning. Truly beautiful to look at, and very unique. It came in a wonderful wooden box and with tools to adjust the strap. I cannot believe how excited I am to own (and show-off) a watch - but this is exceptional. The attention to detail is fantastic. Customer service is also faultless - I asked a question by email the day it arrived (about the protective film the watch came with), and I got a detailed and friendly response the same day from Ben himself. I am very, very impressed. Great product, great service. I am sure I will buy more than one of these watches!

The perfect gift
I got this watch for my boyfriend who's in the military. He needed a watch that also told 24 hour time. He lived that it was made out if a whiskey barrel since he's from Tenn. I had it engraved on the back and its perfect.
