Excellent Watch
The watch came exactly as it was described online. It's lightweight, stylish and easy to set up. The only issue I had was the long delivery time of over 3 weeks.

Firstly - the watch itself is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It’s lightweight and doesn’t snag the hairs on the arm. Secondly - the team were really good at keeping me up to date with deliveries.

I brought the watch for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in plenty of time and looked stunning. I was slightly concerned ordering off a website as my husband has quite large wrists and struggle to get them to fit. It was actually big but with the tool provided we made it fit perfectly. The shop app I used sent conflicting information on tracking information (shop app issue not the company) reached out to their customer service who came back quickly considering it was so close to Christmas and was so helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Perfect gift
I bought the watch for a Christmas present. He absolutely loved the watch as much as I. The engraving was gorgous and a great touch. Overpriced Chinese watch that looks nice
Update after reading response to review: the backstory is a scam or at least misleading, Eco Wood Wear is not a Danish company that has been around for a long time as suggested by the description. The photos used are all AI generated, the photos of actual storefronts are fake, there are no Eco Wood Wear stores in Denmark at all, and I doubt there is actually a founder named Ben. The description on the website that each watch is "crafted" from sustainable wood is a gross overstatement as minimal wood is used in the watch, it is mostly plastic, fabricated in and shipped from China. There is nothing wrong with Chinese cheap watches, but don't pretend to be a high end European brand just to scam people out of a couple hundred dollars.
Original review: The watch (Sentinel Brown) looks cool and unique and comes in a nice wooden box, but the watch feels very cheap and plasticky. Doesn't feel (or weigh) like real wood at all. Also, the website says it's a Danish company, but it's all AI generated pictures and the watches actually come from China. I think the whole website and company backstory is a scam. I hope the watch will work well over time (I just received it)

To clarify a few important points: our watches are made using natural wood combined with internal components for durability and reliability. Because of this, they will not feel the same as solid hardwood objects, even though real wood is used in the design.
Regarding our brand story: Eco Wood Wear is a European-designed brand, and to keep our products accessible worldwide, we work with international production partners. This is something many modern brands do, and it does not mean the product or company is a scam. We never intend to mislead customers, and transparency is important to us.
That said, I’m sorry that your experience left you feeling unsure. If you ever run into issues with the watch over time, please know that we stand by our products and are always willing to help.
