One of my best customer experiences ever! I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday, he liked it but it was similar to one he already had. I completed the steps to return it, and mailed it back via USPS. The watch ended up getting lost in transit. I reached out to Original Grain support not knowing if there was much they could do to help me. The amazing Vladimir responded that they would issue a return in full. So wonderful and unexpected! They took a frustrating situation and turned it into a great customer experience. I hope to purchase another watch from them in the future, not every company handles these types of situations with such integrity and respect. Well done team!

Beautiful timepiece. Shipping issue that was my fault was corrected quickly by customer service. Very pleased overall.

Emailed customer service about my watch being damaged due to my own mistake. Exchange a few emails with David, and all the response were very helpful and quick. They got the issue resolved and I should have my new watch about 8 days from the time I sent the first email. Absolutely awesome customer service. Will be a repeat customer!

Was sent two watches. One changed the time multiple times per day while links fell out of the watchband at other times. The other watch was dead out of the box.

When trying to return the first watch, sales guy tried to get me to pay $99 for a mystery watch (special deal only for me and my trouble, but I realized it’s an offer on their site for everyone).

I received a set if watches for my wedding anniversary and I loved them! I did have a small issue with a link in the band and their support team was quick to respond, show care to my request for help and they corrected the issue with zero fuss. I have recommended this watch company to as many people I can that compliment the watches while im out.

I work emergency response for my county, I also work emergency response for in rope rescue for Ford motor company. The watch was given to me as a gift, by someone very special. Durable and the timer set up is amazing. I wear it all the time, cannot imagine leaving the house without it. The style and construction is amazing, and I love the response of the guy from my house and guys from other firehouses, who notice it and have comment on them. Thank you so much

I've been ordering from Original Grain for probably four or five years now. I have purchased eleven of their watches so far. This experience was just as easy as the rest. There was even a little bit of special circumstances with this one. I placed my order for my Sterling Spur watch from their new American West collection. I went back to check something a couple of hours later, and the price had dropped by $50. I emailed them asking if I could get the lower price, and they immediately refunded $50 of my purchase price. They've always been very responsive on any issue i might have had. I would recommend OG to anyone looking for a great watch based on quality, design, and service. Great company to purchase from.

I purchased two watches from them. The units are absolutely beautiful. The only downfall was the bands were too small for me. I had to add a link to be able to wear them. Unlike another watch company that I had a very bad experience with, this was flawless.
I recomend them if you are a watch guy

I purchased a watch AND a ring for my Husband for our anniversary the watch is great and fits perfect for him but the ring. I ordered a MENS size 12 ring. He wears a mens size 10. So I figured great that'll be a little big but there sre ring spacers and things you can buy for rings that are too big for a person but not rings that are too SMALL. Okay, so ordering a size 2 sizes too big great should work. WRONG. Not with this company. This company's rings are NOT a normal US size ring size like they say. We took the ring to a local US jeweler and the ring is a size 8. EIGHT. Not real sure how this company can confuse a size 8 for a size 12 but they did. So not only did I waste my money I also only had half of the gift I gave my Husband due to this company's sizes being no where close to correct. I will never buy from this company again.

I never received the watches I ordered and the company will not give a refund so it’s been a fight to get my money back ..Stay away from this company it’s a scam ..

I bought a watch from this company with a personalized inscription on the back. The watch arrived quickly but the inscription was completely incorrect - not a typo. It was a totally different inscription. I reached out immediately to the company. They responded quickly but then never followed through with the correction. I emailed several times to follow up and heard nothing. Unfortunately there is no phone number, so it seems I’m out of luck. Ok now have to give my husband his gift late after I pay someone to correct this massive error. Bad customer service! I will never buy from them again and will make sure everyone I know, and don’t know for that matter, is aware of what a rip off fraud this company is!

Bought a watch from the military collection with a wooden bezel. It came off a week into wearing it. Original Grain replaced it with the same watch. Wooden bezel came off again. Quit using wood as bezels.

Biggest piece of junk! No quality control whatsoever! Ordered for boyfriend’s birthday. First one they sent the hands if you mived watch- floated all over and wouldn’t keep time. Reported and they said theyd send anitger. Second one back wasnt attached and when picked up the watch face fell out?!? Asked for refund and they are making me send back. I feel they should just refund after all this hassle! NOT quality at ALL.

I received a whiskey barrel watch as a gift and wore it approximately 20 times over the next year and a half. Shortly after the warranty expired, it developed an issue where the second hand would move when the watch was shook. I contacted Original Grain to see about sending it in for repair or ordering parts. They stated they don't do repairs or sell parts, so since it was outside of the warranty period they couldn't do anything for me.

I really just want to give one star due to the issue I will address later, but the watches are absolutely beautiful so I will give it two stars.

I have owned two different watches from this company. The first one I bought for myself roughly 12 years ago. After a couple of years the watches bezel cracked and fell out, taking the glass with it. The second watch I received as a gift just this last christmas and it has already done the same thing.

I don't wear them while showering or doing anything excessively physical. So its just weird that its happened twice now.

Great price for a great quality watch. And the 2nd mystery watch for $99 was too good to pass up. I love the watch. It’s classy and made for a man

The watch I got my bf was a part of the military collection and my Marine was so happy about the gift, he proposed!! We love the watch and are getting him a wedding band. The customer service is amazing! It’s a lost art these days so I’m getting everything I can from these guys. Original Grain is an awesome company and products!
