Great meetings - always very organized! Everyone is always extremely nice.

The staff is wonderful and the experience is great. I wish that everyone was in the same hotel.

I would like to recognize the staff who worked in our hall and supported the participants throughout the event. Unfortunately, I do not remember all of their names, but they truly deserve the highest rating.

The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Everything was well coordinated, questions were answered promptly, and any issues were handled quickly and efficiently.

Their support made the event run smoothly and created a very positive experience for exhibitors and attendees alike. I greatly appreciate their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.

Thank you to the entire team for an excellent job. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

Denise and Susan were absolutely wonderful. They made things so easy for us. They were great and making sure people didn’t miss appointments etc… can’t say enough about them.

Charlie was so helpful and kind. ECRM overall is my favorite show and Charlie made it an even greater experience. Love his radio voice!

It was a very productive experience. The staff wave us a great service.

It was a great first experience and I’m grateful to ecrm for putting in a good show. I would’ve loved to meet some of the other larger retailers but I assume we did not match. It would be great to get feedback from those retailers on why they felt we were not a good match so we can improve our offering the next time around.

Charlie has been great this week. His communication is top notch. During a meeting, a customer was looking for a refreshment and Charlie overheard. As we finished our meeting, Charlie had their request waiting on them as they walked out the door.

Susan Buice was amazing, she took great care of us going above and beyond making sure we didn’t need anything like coffee, water you name it she would get what we needed!

The property was amazing. Our room was perfect I think the buyers had a bit of trouble finding certain areas but with the help of Susan she made it better!
