Amazing support on-site and prior to show
The host for my room, Raydeen, was amazing! She was so helpful and kept buyers moving when meetings were going long. Additionally, on-site support overall is great. I appreciate Sammi for everything she does to get us organized and schedule meetings prior to the start of the show. I always come in confident and feeling ready.

Excellent experience and great event
I haven't attended an ECRM event since 2013. Always had great experiences in the past. Bottom line, the ECRM team and specifically, Stephanie and Colleen were absolutely fantastic to deal with, especially given our late decision to attend. They were responsive and provided excellent service and guidance. The event in West Palm was top notch and I dare to say we made some great contacts and the key will be follow up. Based on our business model, it was the right show for us to attend and your team makes the experience so unbelievably pleasant. EVERYONE is welcoming and helpful and the venue was awesome.

ECRM team were consummate professionals…
ECRM team were consummate professionals in their execution of this event. They were friendly and hospitable in every interaction, resolved all of my issues in a prompt fashion, and managed to keep time in a firm but respectful way. Event logistics were smooth, food was great, and the inaugural golf round was a hit. My account manager Heather was an excellent partner in helping me navigate my first time at ECRM. I would recommend this experience to any emerging beverage alcohol brands who would like to be introduced to buyers who can transform the trajectory of their business.
