Well done and worthwhile

Very well produced
Very well produced. Ipads, when they worked, were excellent for taking notes and track of numerous meetings. Snacks and beverages were great for short breaks. Buyer list was weak, needed more off premise retailers, especially mid to large size chains.

This past week marked my 23rd ECRM show since I first attended in 2011—a milestone that speaks volumes about the value ECRM consistently delivers. Over the years, I've participated in both in-person and virtual formats, representing three different companies across various categories. No matter the setting, one thing remains true: ECRM’s process works.
The concept is simple yet powerful—set up a pop-up version of your product showroom and engage in focused, 10–20-minute meetings with potential buyers. These structured interactions are incredibly efficient, saving both time and travel costs while maximizing exposure. You’re not just meeting with existing contacts; you’re opening doors to new relationships and opportunities that might otherwise take months to cultivate.
What sets ECRM apart is the intentionality behind every meeting. Buyers come prepared, and the format encourages meaningful dialogue. Jaime and Caroline were super helpful in answering our team's questions leading up to the main event.
There were also prep calls or introductory sessions with consultants to ensure you got the right info to prepare your products to potential customers.
The event itself was well organized, with a few lectures/industry trend sessions as well as refreshments and networking sessions afterwards.
The Sheraton hotel with discounted rates provided a decent value and nice environment to rest up and go directly downstairs to prepare each jam packed day.
I think overall its a great value for the cost paid for the exposure for you company, especially for those in Food & Beverage.

Collectively, this team ensured that I had the tools, support, and clarity I needed at every point. Their efforts not only made the process successful, but enjoyable. I’m extremely grateful and look forward to working with this team again in the future.
