Exceptional service and beautiful dishes
I was amazed by the extraordinary customer service via email, the super quick replies, and especially the help in receiving my dream set.
Shipping to Germany was faster than expected, and the goods arrived perfectly packed, without any use of plastic foil.
The dishes look perfect, and it’s a great joy to eat from them.

I love the unique design and I highly recommend the Party collection. The sprinkles in different colours put a smile on my face every time when in use.
Shipment is very fast and well packed but a little overpriced in my opinion.

I just want to add omy conversation with the very friendly customer service concerning the shipments pricing.
They told me that due to using bigger sized packagings they avoid the danger of damaging for the sensible goods.
This is reasonable and truly ok.
I ordered three times from Portugal to Germany and all arrived safely, well packed and in great condition!

Ich bin begeistert vom Design und den Farben. Das Geschirr ist Pflegeleicht und gut zu reinigen.
Der Kundenservice hat mich leider nicht überzeugt. Ich habe lange auf eine Rückantwort gewartet und mein Problem mit dem Produkt konnte leider nicht behoben werden.

Bezüglich Ihrer Erfahrung mit unserem Kundenservice möchten wir gerne etwas klarstellen:
Wir sind ein kleines portugiesisches Unternehmen und bemühen uns, auf alle Anfragen innerhalb von zwei Arbeitstagen (werktags in Portugal) zu antworten. Wenn Ihre Nachricht an einem Freitag eingegangen ist, bitten wir um Verständnis, dass das Wochenende bei der Bearbeitungszeit nicht mitgerechnet wird.
Daher würden wir gerne wissen, was für Sie konkret als “lange Wartezeit” empfunden wurde – wir klären das sehr gerne.
Außerdem schreiben Sie, dass Ihr Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte. Leider können wir das nicht nachvollziehen, da wir in unserem System keinen offenen Fall sehen.

So we would genuinely like to know what you consider to be a “long wait” — we’re happy to look into this.
You also mentioned that your issue wasn’t resolved. From our side, we don’t see an open or unresolved case in the system.
