I paid to have a vinyl pressed for my personal collection and they said that they won't do it, and instead of refunding me they decided to charge me for a product I will never receive. Complete scam of a service.

We take copyright protection very seriously, and content can only be manufactured where the person uploading it has the necessary rights and permissions.
Where an order contains infringing material, we’re unable to manufacture the product and refunds are not issued for those orders, as set out in the Terms and Conditions agreed to when using the platform.

Just received my debut album on vinyl! After much research about which company to go with, I chose elasticStage and am so glad I did. The quality of the vinyl, from the pristine quality of the album cover and insert to the weight and sound quality of the record itself, is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Easy to use
It was easy to set up and I had a great experience. The only thing I wish that you could do is a double lp instead of just single lp records.

Skips and volume issues
I ordered two vinyls about a month ago and when they arrived, one of them was just fine but the other had issues like short skips and the volume lowering and raising randomly on some songs. Ive ordered from the company before and never had any issues until now

Cannot say enough good things about them. Not only is it amazing to be able to hear your own tracks on vinyl, the album sleeves and covers look amazing. Props to the printers. Just ordered my 3rd test pressing. All 3 look fantastic and sound great. Look forward to pressing more.

At this point they are just too unreliable and the fact that they make you provide video and play 21 questions to get a replacement, knowing they have such quality control issues, is actually crazy.
I ordered 25 copies of my album on June 2nd 2026. They didn't ship until two months later. As a courtesy back when they missed the original estimated dispatch, they gave me 100% off one order (of up to three records) so I bought three more. Those arrived two weeks before the original 25.
I played through two of the three copies and identified issues with one of them but not the other. So we know they CAN print them correctly. It isn't my turntable or setup because one of them is fine. But what happens with the other 25? When I finally get them, am I required to play each one of them before I give them to my listeners? Are they gonna give my customers the runaround and require a dissertation and a video to get them replaced? How can we even trust this company?
I will never order another product from them again.

bunch of unnecessary BS
elastic stage is cool, but we don't always need full color jackets, id prefer just a blank standard recycled tan sleeve, or even a paper dust sleeve. why do we need to buy all that high gloss nonsense? also still waiting for a record you guys made me, never showed up and no one ever got back to me after several email inquiries, I've since stopped using elastic stage.
