Very happy repeat customer
I’ve had cut-vinyl records made at a few other places in the past but almost none have come close to the audio quality Elastic Stage can obtain. I have now had many, many records made at Elastic Stage and I’ve had were a few that had a defect were the audio was very noisy and once I sent Customer Service some audio samples of the defective records, they generously offered replacement copies. I’m a loyal customer, because the company quality of the audio, printing, customer service, price, and shipping time is absolutely UNMATCHED.

Borderline scam
Honestly, didn’t expect this company to be engaged in some shady practices, although I was a first time buyer, now I know though.
Three different products from three different artists were ordered, only to receive a refund notification email one and a half weeks later for all three products, without any explanation given whatsoever. Not much else I hate more than liers and time-wasters. At least Kunaki to my memory always shipped out the products you ordered. Will definitely recommend using and buying from Kunaki for artists and fans alike instead of unprofessional rubbish that elasticstage turned out to be.

Le service rendu par ElasticStage est SANS EQUIVALENT ! C'est totalement inespéré à tous points de vue. Lors de ma première commande de vinyls, sur les 2 reçus, l'un comportait un silence anormal de 6 secondes sur l'une des pistes. J'ai contacté le service client qui l'a immédiatement remplacé. La gravure est excellente, la pochette magnifique, qu'il s'agisse d'un vinyl ou d'un CD Digipack. ElasticStage est LA SOLUTION ! Par l'intermédiaire de la page Web quasi automatiquement générée, les ventes se font au bon vouloir des acheteurs sans qu'il y ait de stock à prévoir et, par conséquent, d'invendus. Blown Away.they made my Dream Happen
When I discovered Elastic Stage I was thinking what's the catch how much in hundreds or thousands will it be..then I read the lines..I was like wow what and only have to order a test pressing or more.for years I've created my own alternative music and dreamed of a deal etc but realised one day it may never happen .then it did with Elastic stage .The first I ordered was a 12 inch E.P 4 track I received it on my birthday me and my partner was blown away at the art and the quality was brilliant .in the mean time I am on my fifth album today. They sort problems out or queriesthe package the inlay the art everything is great and the Sound . I say this from the Heart.they made my life long dream happen..and I'm so Grateful..and don't mind the wait.because the Buzz is waiting to see you're own creativity and in great vinyl...I hope one day too see coloured or splatter style vinyl etc..I've seen a couple of people negative on ES but they don't know what there missing, Absolutely Great !!!! Amazing quality products and excellent service
As a music artist using elasticStage to provide vinyl and CD versions of my albums, and as a consumer going through the ordering process, they have been excellent and the quality great.
The service and support provided before and during the process of getting my first vinyl release up was fast and comprehensive. The quality of the vinyl albums and CDs (both the media, the sleeves and packaging) has always been excellent - even while I have been learning about both the music production and the artwork.
In many ways the most telling example of the quality of their service was the one time I had an issue with a new vinyl - the initial support response was fast; their process to verify the issue was both fair and easy to do; and the outcome was confirmed quickly.
All shows how a quality service with an innovative can be done right.

Being a UK and print on demand company shipping can take a while for North Americans, but it's a pretty incredible service you won't find anywhere else. Their customer service is helpful and the product is amazing. Great print quality in both the vinyl and it's packaging.

Das ist die Schlechteste Vinyl die Ich Besitze, bei +9 db Gain wird nicht mal die 0 im Channel angesteuert.
Ich habe wirklich keine Andere Vinyl die so leise ist das ist ein schlechter Witz.
Das Artwork ist zu dem auf der Vinyl Unscharf bedruckt.
Das Lieferdatum wurde nicht eingehalten und hatte 2 monate länge darauf gewartet.
Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Took a couple of days to get back, but no quibbles and sent replacement test copies straight away - I have yet to hear if they have the same production issues, as they will take a while to arrive. There was no confirmation of fixing the production issues at their end but I assume they have as they are sending replacements straight away.

I had great experience
I had great experience - the vinyl record eventually turned out really well - I’ve uploaded my custom artwork (advanced option) and the print is first class! The record itself sounds almost like a proper 150g pressing to my ears even tho my masters are not ideal. The CD cover is fine too. The turnaround is fairly long but just the fact that you can print one-off vinyl at this quality is unreal!

I find the option to upload lyrics very…
I find the option to upload lyrics very difficult. It's stopping me from ordering Vinyl and CD. I have looked at the videos and can't see any help at all. Very disappointed. Update...I have now ordered my album on Vinyl and CD with the help of a friend who has used Elastic Stage already. Without his help I doubt I would have managed to get over the finish line. Uploading lyrics was a nightmare and I wish Elastic Stage would explain things a bit more clearly about the correct file format etc. It would have saved me about 4 days being stuck in front of a PC. Next time will be much easier.

I ordered a couple of test pressing copies of my last album from them, and the post office here in America mis-delivered it. They weren't at fault, but they still said that they were going to repress and mail it to me again. First time buyer,last time buyer. How on Earth can a CD still not be shipped after 3 weeks and still get's delayed another 3 to 5 days with a possibility of even longer delays HOW ! Not recommending ! I already see it as a loss of money and time,so please don't waste yours ! Customer service is rude as well !
