The CD I ordered did not work
The CD I ordered did not work. I contacted elasticStage via chat and after submitting some background order information and a description of how the disc was not working, elasticStage offered to send me a replacement CD. The chat took several days due to the time difference, but I did not mind that. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I would order from them again. Their customer service is excellent! I am looking forward to receiving the replacement CD.

Non responsive
Ordered a test vinyl. Took 3 presses to get it right which is ok. But have emailed 3 times in the past month about ordering more copies and a couple of basic questions. Had no reply. Also used the online chat system where I was 'being connected to a human' for over 24 hours on a weekday...

I had trouble with attaching a release to a release group on elastic stage, so I asked for some help. The person who wrote back gave me some advice and now I have sorted out my problem.
They were very helpful and I was happy with the outcome.

customer service response has been extremely slow
The concept and service are great, but the customer service response has been extremely slow. Two weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for a reply to my email, which was supposed to be answered within 48 hours according to their auto-reply email.

Just bought The Louisiana Collection CD by Vontak, 1 for me and 1 for my sister. Worth every single penny, and more! Excellent quality and pretty fast delivery given the fact that they make each item to order. Excellent service. Unternehmen mit gutem Konzept
Sehr gutes Unternehmen. Die Erstellung von Vinyl und CD geht gut von der Hand und wird ausreichend erklärt. Vinyls und CDs sind super verarbeitet und sollte es mal Probleme geben ist der Kundenservice sehr nett, engagiert und hilft super weiter.
Desweiteren finde ich das Konzept sehr super, da neue und kleine Bands nicht gezwungen sind große Mengen vorproduzieren zu müssen. Schont nerven und die Umwelt.
Auch mein nächstes Album werde ich bei elasticStage herstellen lassen 👍

Debut Album Using ElasticStage

What a great new idea
What a great new idea that is long overdue! I've got my first test pressing from Elasticstage and I'm blown away by the quality and personal after sales service. I had a minor query which ws dealt with quickly and without fuss by a real person! These guys deserve to do well, and I'll be putting other releases their way. They definitely understand what it's like for independent artists and it's great to have Elasticstage as part of the team!

Expected better
Audio quality is inconsistent, and the vinyls themselves arrived with visible scratches, as if they hadn't been handled with much care. Also, both times I used their services, my order was delayed by more than two weeks due to "technical difficulties at the factory." That's something worth keeping in mind if you're ordering a vinyl as a gift. The print quality is good, though.

No communication at all
I haven’t heard anything about my order, I’ve been trying to contact you using all your channels, chat, mail, instagram and nothing. I placed and order on June 13th and got the email explaining that the estimate time to ship was on the 20th bit never happened and didn’t get a notification. I do understand that is not an specific date however I did contact you to check the status with no response anywhere. I’m still waiting for that email to track my order which is a test of my album and nothing. I see that here at least you respond the reviews, hopefully my next review is 5 stars.

Game changer over a white label.
I must say, the high-quality vinyl sleeve print is absolutely a game-changer for me. You get out what you put in, and it's driven me to make my own artwork as good as possible using the templates provided on the website. A comparison of getting a single white label done vs a full printed sleeve absolutely great reason to use elasticStage and its cheaper too!
My only issue is the estimated date of delivery is quite long when placing the order but they do seem to arrive before that, although I do find the social media ads (i think?) saying 10 working days a little inaccurate.
The effort that you put into mastering is also a key driver to getting the best cut possible. I've had two done already with a third on the way and sound quality been as expected, although a little quieter. I would love the option of a 45rpm cut over the 33rpm, just so it uses all the surface.
For low runs, this company is fantastic, but the high cost does put off my fan base compared to other small labels. (I can't afford to run off hundreds at a time).

Inconsistent results
Inconsistent results. First 2 pressings were fantastic but 3rd purchase not so good. for some reason they’ve changed the way they do the centre label art and it looked terrible and cheap even though same images were uploaded and used.

Intuitive creation and submission, quality of CD fantastic, be sure mastering for Vinyl!
I have had a good experience with elasticStage overall. I have placed 5 orders in for vinyl and 2 for CD. The experience of creating the product and sending in the material was seamless and intuitive. The first vinyl I received had unacceptable sound quality and it was replaced quickly, but a similar problem has occurred leading me to thinking it is a problem on my end with the mastering rather than the production, as the reviews I've read do not mention this often at all. The Album, art, sleeve, and CDs were terrific. Assuming I can get the mastering part figured out, and the sound quality is as expected, I plan on being a long time customer.
