Excellent Recording Quality
Excellent Recording Quality, Good Support, but Shipping to the EU Remains a Challenge
The quality of the vinyl album I ordered from ElasticStage is genuinely excellent. The recording, pressing quality, and overall product exceeded my expectations, and it is clear that a lot of care goes into the manufacturing process.
I also want to be fair regarding customer support. When I contacted them, they did respond and tried to assist me with my order which was stopped at Customs for 14 days . The delay was not caused by ElasticStage directly.
The real issue appears to be international shipping after Brexit. My package left the UK and then remained without updates for an extended period, creating uncertainty and frustration. Unfortunately, cross-border deliveries between the UK and EU countries seem far less straightforward than they used to be.
One suggestion for future releases would be to include a booklet or insert with additional information directly from SoundCloud about the recording, as this would make an already excellent product even better.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the audio quality and the support received, but I hope shipping logistics between the UK and the EU can be improved to provide a smoother customer experience.

To be honest , this is litteraly soooo cool ! I cried tears of joy when I first saw my vinyl ! But he arrived scratched so I ask them if they could help me and they resent me a new one , the team is absolutely amazing and kind , the quality is amazing I just can recommend them !! Go ahead love them ! ( they should add colored vinyl btw !! )

For my first experience setting up an album, I encountered several challenges along the way. However, the customer service team was incredibly prompt, professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to assist with every issue and made the experience much easier and less stressful. My experience with Elastic Stage was great. The process was easy ans the product was well made and sounds great. My only mild complaint (and it's the only one) is that It would be nice if the turnaround was less and 2-3 weeks at most. I setup my releases in March, ordered in late march , it shipped in late April and arrived mid May. approximately 50 days to receive my order in Canada. I get why it takes time though and production on demand is a bonus!

Fantastic High-quality product!
My first test pressing showed up with defects on it but they very willingly and quickly replaced it for free. Once I received my next copy it was perfect: The printing quality of the sleeve is fantastic, the audio quality of the record itself is great. The online interface to upload music, artwork etc is really intuitive and straightforward. I highly recommend this company. Yes it takes some time to get your order but it's well well worth it. I will definitely be doing more projects with ElasticStage.

I wouldn’t recommend them at all. A terrible experience. I won’t be buying from them again.
Both, the recording quality and the quality of the vinyl are very poor. On top of that, they’re expensive. On two occasions, I received records that only played on one side – that’s never happened to me before; it’s unacceptable. What’s more, the customer service is dreadful; they take ages to resolve issues. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. A terrible experience. I won’t be buying from them again.

I've used Elastic Stage many times now, they are excellent at what they do. As a relatively new company, there have been some glitches, but these have been dealt with superbly & rectified very quickly, which is always a good thing. Print and sound is great.
I received our band's first vinyl record today. The cover, the inner sleeve and labels look great. The printing and finish are top-notch.
There's nothing to complain about when it comes to sound quality either. Even though we didn't master the audio specifically for vinyl, it still sounds great.

Needs Order Tracking
I’m glad that this service exists. However, elasticstage should offer order status tracking based on the stages of the pressing process.
Currently, when an order is initiated there is no feedback until the item ships and it takes weeks for an item to be ready to ship, so the weeks of silence in between is less than ideal. Order status, a small but important detail that would make a big difference.

First Test Vinyl Was A Blast!
Like, holy crap! Just got my first test vinyl today. Absolutely amazing work! Top notch quality and the audio sounds amazing considering I didn't master it specifically for vinyl. There's absolutely no surface noises. I highly recommend this company. It's nice to finally have a company that puts indie musicians first. I'm definitely collecting all my releases on vinyl now.
