We knew nothing about any of the new companies offering this service, so read the reviews and got some quotes. We opted for Elecology and were very happy with Sam’s communication and organization from the start of the process through to the day of installation and payment. On the day of installation, the operative was on time, extremely polite and took his time to make sure I was happy with location of devise and talked me through the app and set up. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and delivery from start to finish. Sam was efficient and informed with responses and gave us the information needed to make the appropriate choice for our installation. Dan then undertook the installation and explained everything clearly and also ensured we were it impacted with our day while working from home. I can wholeheartedly recommend Elecology to anyone thinking about getting their EV charger installed. The quote was quick and the price good, the communication prior to install was excellent and the actual installer was very professional, knowledgeable with a very good attention to detail and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. To give you an example, this was the first time I have actually seen anybody get their spirit level out to make sure the cable coming from the charger down to the junction box is level - this is the attention to detail I was getting. If you're looking around for an EV charger installer - these are the people you should go to without hesitation.

Very professional team. Everyone was very helpful and everything from paperwork to installation was done surprisingly fast and professionally. The charger (ohme) is also incredible. The engineer arrived on the day we agreed on at 8am. The payment was done after successful installation and the price was very good. I was also given advice to call Uk power network and ask for a fuse upgrade which was done shortly after. Very happy and will definitely use again!

A fantastic company that went above and beyond to install our car charger. Because of the location of our meter, fuse box and exterior wall it was very hard to run the cables in the house but instead of taking the easy option and running trunking they persevered and managed to find a route under the floor. Nothing was too much trouble and they did a very professional, tidy and elegant job with great communication at all times. Their price was very competitive and they sorted the £350 grant that is currently available. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went really well with the install no issues at all.The installer was great and took us through all the steps which was much appreciated. Really good company super easy to deal with would highly recommend.
