Sam was very helpful and supplied a couple of quotes for different chargers to compare. On the installation day, Dan was on time and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed of what he was doing as he progressed and made some sensible suggestions about alternative cable runs.

After buying a new electric car, I contacted a few companies about having a car charger installed. Elecology were one of Ohme's recommendations and of all the companies I contacted delivered the most friendly and efficient response. Most of the other car charging installers just sent automated emails, wanted me to fill in an online form and pay upfront before they would confirm what they could do when. Sam from Elecology delivered a more bespoke service, was very quick to respond to enquiries and made me feel like a valued customer rather than a faceless enquirer. The charger was installed with no issues and we're happy with the service provided.

I rarely leave reviews but the service, installation and technical expertise of this company was outstanding from start to finish. The point of contact (Sam Harris) was really helpful and very swift to revert to all my many queries before the booking, everything was set out transparently in writing before the booking and the installers on the day (Dave and Dan) made what was a tricky non-standard installation look like child's play. A brilliant job of installing the Anderson EV.

We had our Zappi Charger installed a few weeks ago. A thoroughly professional job from a friendly and efficient team. Today the Zappi flagged up that I could install an additional sensor to better monitor my solar panels. I asked Elecology for advice on how I could procure and fit one myself but within a few hours they came round and did the job for me - what fantastic service.
