Great service, charger installed ina couple of weeks. Kept up to date on progress and answered any questions quickly.

The installation itself went ahead without problems, again kept informed at every step early notice that power would be going off etc. Checked to make sure the charger app worked correctly and the cat would charge.

Can’t recommend highly enough

Dave installed a Hypervolt EV charger. A great job, neat installation, explained it all to me.

Really good experience end to end, from initial discussions to installation. I was worried about how the cabling would be routed from the centre of our house to an outside wall but it was completed invisibly so I am very pleased and relieved. All the team were great to deal with.

Brilliant team, beginning to end. Team on the day were on time, very knowledgeable, left the place looking better than to begin with and went above and beyond to make good all areas of the house.

Dan arrived on site at the allotted time (8am) and completed the installation well, very pleased overall.

Only a couple of minor gripes, he didn’t mark up the consumer panel and should have asked for a vacuum

I did my research and choose this company based not just on reviews, but how my enquiry was handled. Sam was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and replied to queries promptly.
On the agreed installation date Dan the installer arrived spot on time and was extremely polite. We quickly confirmed the location of the charger and Dan suggested routing the cable to hide it, which was far better than I had expected. He took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and 2 hours later the installation was complete. He was very tidy and took all the boxes / rubbish away.

I’d have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family, as they join the EV switch over.

For the most part they work fine but one time it fried my cars computer and I had to get it replaced.

Very happy with the recent installation, especially as the engineer took the time to overcome an issue in running the cable from the meter to the external wall.

Went through the Zappi web site and ecology was one of the trusted suppliers that quoted for the work.
Throughout the whole process they were very transparent about costs and happy to explain what each piece of the puzzle was.
The process during covid times - photo / remote survey etc.. was very easy helping toward the zero surprise costs come installation day.
The installer arrived at exactly 8am as agreed and we were charging the car within 2hrs.
All the electrical work was completely explained as was the the charger and associated app.

Installer was very friendly, professional and conscious of potentially taking shoes off etc.. coming into the house.

Overall we're absolutely thrilled with the service and experience we've had through Ecology. Highly recommend.

Elecology very knowable about Electric vehicles. The Zappi charger installation done at my house is first class, I cannot recommend them highly enough for EV charger installations.

Installation carried out last summer August 2020 after 1st COVID-19 lockdown rules were lifted.

Had our Ohme EV charger fitted by Elecology Ltd. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic efficient service from start to finish. They conducted a virtual survey of our property / electrical supply so they could assess the install beforehand which allowed them to provide us with an accurate quotation. On the day the install was hassle free and to a high standard of workmanship and was exactly as we had specified. Elecology supply and fit a number of different chargers and well worth consideration for anybody needing a home EV charger.

An exceptional service. I had a couple of quotes and Elecology was by far the cheapest. Which made ems think initially I might not get the best service, however Sam’s communication was exemplary and the installer was so helpful and conscientious. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.
