Very dissatisfying delivery time
Although not in your control, this order is complete disappointment. It was ordered on 29/AUG and promised delivery in 3-5 Business days at order screen, today the shipment is still not delivered. It was a birthday gift and although i allowed double than the maximum delivery period promised - 10 business days and looks like it will not be delivered even after two discussions with FedEx.

I reached out with a specific request about sample sets, and not only did I get a friendly and helpful reply, they also went the extra mile to make it happen. No hassle, no vague replies, just clear communication and great service.
It’s rare to come across a brand that delivers both a great product and a great experience, and Electimuss does exactly that. Highly recommended.

Grazie per aver condiviso il suo feedback. Ci dispiace sinceramente per la delusione riguardo alle spese doganali — capiamo perfettamente quanto possa essere frustrante.
Purtroppo, dopo la Brexit, le importazioni dal Regno Unito verso l'UE sono soggette a IVA e dazi doganali imposti dalle autorità locali. Tuttavia, stiamo attualmente rivedendo il nostro processo e, per tutti gli ordini superiori a £300, offriamo ora un rimborso fino al 20% del valore dell’ordine per contribuire a coprire questi costi.
Apprezziamo davvero il suo supporto e speriamo di poter offrirle un’esperienza migliore in futuro.
