Caution poor warranty support
I instructed a builder to supply and install a dishwasher as part of a rear extention project. The builder chose an ELECTRIQ appliance. This appliance has been nothing but trouble since instalation and has never worked properly since new which was 3 months ago. I did reject the appliance with the builder but they failed to replace the appliance so proceeded foolishly with repairing it through the manufacturer's warranty by Pacifica.
Pacifica have provided a very poor service to date in repairing the appliance. The first engineers visit to repair a leak, that according to the engineer should have written off the appliance, took over 1 month to schedule and many phone calls later, as there were issues with the serial number being rejected as it has letters in it. This was poor customer services.
Then when it finally operated after being repaired without leaking, the dishwasher then doesn't dry the pots. Again reported to Pacifica several times but again rejected because the serial number has letters in it.
The builder tried to suggest that this type of dishwasher doesn't include a drying mode! Which is obviously rubbish as 3 of the 4 cycles have a drying feature according to the instructions manual which the builder failed to review first before making such a stupid comment.
Pacifica finally attend to repair the faulty dishwasher and replace the heater element, but do not test the appliance before leaving. We immediately put it through a wash cycle but pots still do not dry at the end of the cyle but engineer had already gone.
I tried to call Pacifica. I was on hold for over 30 minutes but no one answered and then i had to hang up so still no revisit scheduled. Very poor customer services.
Following my last negative feedback about Pacifica I am told to contact Karen which I did but she never responds or contacts me. Again poor customer services.
I received 2 notifications that an engineer attended on 20th October when no one attended.
Is there no end to this nightmare. I paid alot of money for a new dishwasher that has never worked properly in 3 months. ELECTRIQ should now replace this faulty appliance under warranty.
At this rate the 1 year manufacturer's warranty will be out of date by the time they fix this appliance if they ever do repair it.
This appliance should now be replaced due to the poor performance but both the builder and Pacifica are being unhelpful in an aim to save their company money so are happy to continue supply poor service.
I would choose another service provider but I cant because Pacifica are the ones that deal with the warranty for ELECTRIQ appliances. I will never buy another ELECTRIQ appliance

Wasteful company discontinuing products and wasting time
I purchased an air purifier a few years ago for health problems. The filters need changing now but it appears that the replacement filters have been completely discontinued from all retailers. I have been on the phone for 15 minutes now to try and discuss this with a human but having seen other recent reviews I am now realising that no one is going to even bother answering the phone. What kind of company is this? It's bad enough that you expect your customers to replace perfectly good products every few years because you stop stocking replacement parts but the negligence in customer service really takes the cake. I would suggest taking accountability for your carbon footprint and sheer wastefulness. It might also be wise to answer the phone when customers are calling just in terms of basic decency. I was warned when phoning up that the wait time would be ten minutes but it has been double that. Really disappointed that I will now have to dispose of a perfectly good air purifier.

I purchased a 50inch TV in 2022 the TV works fine till recently, then I noticed that some of the apps weren't updating, on closer inspection I found out that the android version had not updated since I had bought the TV in 2022 which at the time was version 9, so I searched the net to download it, but could not find anything, so I rang the company customer service to see they could help me, first of all I was told it was out of warranty then put on hold while they spoke to a technician, after a long time I was told there was nothing they could do and that was it, as you can I imagine I felt angry and annoyed that the TV was going to be useless regarding the apps as they would all just stop updating.

Cooker experience
Advisor from appliance direct told me I would get 30 minutes notice before my cooker would be delivered but that was wrong. All of you need to be aware of the fact, Arrow XL call up to 30 minutes before the delivery takes place.
Took around 20 minutes to process a refund after I requested this because of a bad attitude from an Arrow XL driver. Agent could have been quicker and been able to fully refund my Saturday delivery charge but they couldn't so I went for a full refund.

Awful Experience - Sold a Defective Product & Refusal to Take Responsibility

I purchased an Electriq washer dryer from Appliance Direct on 26/01/25.
Within 6 months of installation, the unit developed a significant structural fault which caused a serious leak. This wasn't a minor issue; it was a fundamental defect in the appliance's construction.
I immediately contacted Appliance Direct, providing them with photos and a video of the damage. To my shock and disappointment, the company has completely refused to take any responsibility for this structural fault.
Their response has been defaulting to the product is not level, we paid for installation so their operative should have made sure it was level and I have proved with a spirit level that it indeed level.
The consequence of this is that I am now left with a useless, defective appliance. This is unacceptable.
Appliance Direct is selling products with serious structural defects and then attempting to avoid their legal and ethical obligation to their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere. Once the sale is made, they will not stand behind their product.

Semi integrated dishwasher
First one the pump didn't work. On the third phone call a replacement was agreed, and delivered the next day. This one works fine, really pleased with it, excellent value for money in my opinion.
Disappointed!
I bought an Electriq dehumidifier in January 2024. Within three months it had developed a fault, and it had to be returned and replaced. Now THAT one is also faulty - it has developed a refrigerant leak. Their customer services said they couldn't do anything. No chance of a repair, just buy a new one! I'm very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this company's products.

A brand-new dehumidifier became useless
I purchased a brand-new dehumidifier less than two years ago. When the unit became faulty, I contacted the company, but they told me it was out of its one-year warranty and that they do not repair units outside the warranty. In other words, they consider the product useless once the warranty expires. I would not recommend dealing with a company that has this kind of mentality

Avoid - unreliable Company
Dreadful . I purchased a dehumidifier in 2121 - it now has ceased collecting any water
I rang the company for advice , as to have the item repaired - it used to be very efficient and cost about £ 200
Howard told me that it is beyond repair ! And I suppose should be scrapped …
This , unfortunately , is the third dehumidifier that I have purchased from Electriq - will the other 2 fail as well ????

As usual, great price, great service and fast delivery on new microwave.
A waste of £400
A waste of £400, these are total junk whatever model.
For £400 you would expect a clock at least. that was not the case.
Temperature control, totally unreliable,this includes the hobs and more so the oven.
The temp on the knobs tells you you have bought junk.
Does it go up on the dial at a good temperature setting. NO
You have to guess.
I'm stuck with this junk for another year.
DO NOT BYE ELECTRI. JUNK FROM TURKEY be warned...

Bad Quality
I got an expensive electriq dehumidifier, thinking it would be a good choice, then after just one year and 3 months it stopped working (conveniently just after warranty expired). I called them and they would not help at all, they cannot return it, cannot fix it, cannot offer a discount on another item, and cannot direct me to anyone who can fix it. Very disappointing experience.
