I've paid for my cooker emailed asking about delivery and no response at all...

Great customer service.
I had clicked click and collect, but then realised I needed the item within a few hours. My order hadnt been processed in the depot as it was the weekend, but the girl in the KK shop was able to help me out.
Always good to support local.

Quick & efficient delivery. Price was best online.

Bought a home cinema system on line from Electrocity in late July. I had previously ordered elsewhere but it was taking an age to dispatch so gave up. On a further search i struggled to find what I was after but eventually saw the same brand on Electrocity for a few euro more but worth it to actually get the product as promised.

My delivery took one day short of 3 weeks to deliver, when i rang several times there was no answer until i spoke with someone on shop floor who passed a message ro online department. Product sent out and delivered the next day. Delivered 20 days after order submitted

Money taken out my account on 25 June. Rang online service on 2 July told deliveries in my area following day rang at 5 PM on that day could not get online rang warehouse to be told not in stock . Delivery on Monday would ring if on lorry. He did and said wouldn't be in till end of July and someone would ring to arrange refund later. In the end I had to ring myself to get refund. Poor after sale follow up to keep customers informed.

My honest experience with electricity. Is very bad customer service I order a cable on line i done click and collect i had to call in on sunday about my order for click and collect to be told no one works on line weekend girl gave me cable which was 3m and i order 5m she took my number and they were to ring me next day to sort out my balance which I'm owed €6 they never rang me I emailed them got no reply very bad service
