Great price for a great phone. Shipping it from China to UK to my doorstep within a week during a global pandemic is extraordinary. 5stars just because there aren't more

I ordered a Galaxy A10s from here and what a good choice that proved to be! Great phone, great price and quick delivery. But the delivery system is a little confusing. I got an email saying it would be delivered on a Monday but it ended up being on Wednesday, also the journey was done by 2 couriers so it didn't appear to track properly. Otherwise a proper, new phone, sealed in the box and performing flawlessly. Good job.

Super happy with phone. Delivery slower than scheduled but overall happy.

So far delivery arrived earlier than expected date which was great. Samsung A71 phones look great. However, disappointed with charging cable and charger. UK style plug with 2 pin Euro plug, Also the charging cable is USB-C end to end, so can't charge through normal USB charger. Need to look for cable.

The phone is fine - just a Chinese version so comes with adaptors. Not a problem but would be good to know that in advance, though i understand that could put some people off unnecessarily.

Staff on webchat and email very polite.

I had to chase a delivery update though so it would've been nice to be informed of a delay without having to ask.

Overall quite happy.

Excellent price for the new Samsung S10 lite which I purchased on 8/7/2020 I was sent an email but the delivery company DPD / IMX which stated that I would receive the parcel on Monday 13/7/2020 ...it did not arrive....it seemed that IMX had not received the parcel from Electronics Frontier so if that was the case why did they send the email? As the expected delivery date from E.F. was 14 - 17 /7/2020 I decided to wait till after the 17th to panic!
I received a further email on 15/7/2020 from IMX / DPD stating it would be delivered that day...it was ....but the initial email and non delivery on 13 /7/2020 caused a lot of worry.
