As many 1 star reviews given below, I too had placed an order for a brand new One plus 8 phone on the 8th July at cost of £609, during transaction item showed stocked, no issues there.
Money was taken almost as immediately.
I received the receipt confirmation via email and awaited almost 4 weeks giving enough time for the order to be despatched.
I decided to chase the order and received a reply via email item no longer stocked and a refund will be due.
Waited another 4 weeks nothing came through, sent another email and no reply, made calls to the mobile number on their website which goes to a gifgaf Voicemail. Running out of option I began to panic that I have parted away with my money.
There was no other medium of communication to reach the company or their staff.
This started to worry me and I decided to take the approach to report the company.
Called my Bank and explained the incident, as I paid by direct debit Visa taken my dispute along.
I finally got my money credited back after long 8 weeks, 24th Aug.

Please avoid this website, it's so destressing they operate companies like this targeting vulnerable customers.
Lesson learnt please beware.
P.s since then their website gone down showing under maintenance.

Since my order was place on 24/08/21 I have had no further communication to let me know the progress so that's only comment I can give so far. Hope to hear from them very soon. I send them about 8 emails but no reply. Now their website is under construction since last Thursday . Luckily ,I have paid by credit card ,so i have ask them to pull the payment back

AVOID... this is a con website. Tried to buy Samsung Note 10 Lite for good price.... They took the money but sent no receipt, just kept sending an e-mail saying "Are you still Interested" to pretend it was still in "Basket".... Complete Con-site, There is a mobile tel number but it diverts to a GIff-Gaff voicemail.... vvv professional.
DO NOT USE...... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....

I ordered some headphones - then after 10 days was informed they were out of stock and I would be refunded shortly - after a further 5 days still no refund - avoid this company like the plague!

Disappointing communications. I am still awaiting delivery of the item I bought. Twice I received communications that there was something still in my basket. It took me a lot of time because of your unreadable Captcha to access the account. Nothing in my basket, no reply to my query. I have paid through paypal, you have ther money and I;m wondering when if ever I will receive the item!

Utterly disappointing!! Ordered a phone from this company which was advertised as in stock. No sign of dispatch. No replies to my emails either. This company has a phone number in the UK but it does not answer. Eventually I had get a friend who lives in Hong Kong to contact this company to find out what's happening. Then I received an email saying that the phone I ordered isn't in stock and refund follow shortly. 11 days gone, and still awaiting to get refunded so I can buy a phone from other supplier. Avoid electronic frontier this is a bad business!!

Placed order for Samsung A71 phone, in stock. Then 10 days later after chasing delivery I received a msg saying not in stock and money will be refunded. Not received one yet!

The phone appeared on the website as available to purchase and more than one and a half weeks passed before I contacted Electronics Frontier to enquire on the order status as I had had no correspondence in the interim. I was then informed that the item was out of stock. The lack of information is unacceptable and other customers should enquire with the company prior to purchase to avoid similar disappointment and poor service from a distance seller.

Placed order in good faith and money taken immediately. Forecast delivery date is now well passed (over four weeks from ordering), so used contact form on website
to request updates on delivery, which they say will be responded to within 3 days. No response at all. I have no courier information nor revised delivery forecast. I have an order number but that is no use if they don't answer queries. Most contact has been to send me emails asking me to rate this firm! Will not use them again. Worried this is an elaborate scam.
UPDATE, mercifully paid by PayPal, so got money back via them. Phew!

I ordered a Canon camera last year which arrived after a week and seemed to work perfectly to start with. In June of this year the lens developed a fault and so I contacted electronics frontier as they say they cover items for a year. I have contacted them 4 times and received no response whatsoever. A new lens is £270 which will instantly wipe out any saving I would have made by going through this dodgy company. My advice is suck it up and buy from a reputable store and don't take the risk.

Getting concerned now as it's 10 days since order so I e mailed them to askfor update and then an e mail received with just the delivery date extended to 27 July?? Getting concerned

I made an order on 25.06 and expected a correction of 8-14 days. But it is written in my order that delivery will be from 7.07 to 15.07 and today 7.07 my order is still being processed. I hope that my phone will come to me at all.

I've not received my order.

Arrived very quickly indeed - was expecting a much longer time as company is not based in the UK. Well done !!!

I received the item but quality is not that as new. The blue tooth doesn't work in a new mobile set.

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy S21 8 days ago, the order still shows it as 'processing'. When I call them it goes straight to voicemail. I used the contact form in the website 4 times already in the past 4 days and got no response, tried emailing them and got no response.
now I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. Hope this is not all a scam. Will update the review if anything else happens.
