I'm satisfied with their fast delivery and reasonable price. I was worried about some of the bad comments here but my phone was absolutely brand new and working well. I'll definitely buy another one again at Electronics Frontier.

OnePlus 8 pro arrived within 2 days of ordering. Apart from power supply having 2 pin plug item appears identical to UK supplied phones.

Bought Samsung s20 phone. Price was very good and I was kept informed regarding delivery. The phone arrived promptly and in perfect condition, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was promised delivery by August 14th but there is still no sign of my parcel. Have tried emailing them several times but they just fob me off. They are now referring me to the courier but the courier tell me they don’t have the parcel yet.

OK, I was nervous on this one - but delivery was right on time, product is superb. The power adapter, as stated, was included and is first class. Would buy again from Electronics Frontier

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
On August the 1st I bought a phone from this online store, they promised 4 to 7 days delivery, but after 14 days I still haven't received the packet.
First problem: The package is coming from Hong Kong, and they don't tell you anywhere very visible in their website.
So what they do is that they reserve a DPD deliver to make you "feel safer", but the DPD courier doesn't actually receive the parcel from them for many days, and in my specific case they haven't received it at all.
I've been trying to reach Electronics Frontier's customer service after a week, but everything they say (after reaching you from a generic "monocle mail", how unprofessional!) is that due to Covid-19 the parcel is still stuck at their logistic hub at London Heathrow, without providing any proof of that.
So they are trying to tell me that it's MORE than a week that the packet is at the customs in London, and still stuck there. Seriously????
Now, I received MANY packets from outside the UK during this very same difficult period from Ebay, Amazon, and other services, but none of them remotely had such an issue, so I started to think that this is a bare excuse.
I asked for a full refund, and I'll update the review as soon as I get the money back. I'll go through an official Paypal complain if they don't reply me fast.
But for now I can't stress it enough:
AVOID THIS STORE!

Buying from this company has been significantly more aggravation than it’s worth. With hindsight I would have happily paid more somewhere else.

Really impressed with the speed of the delivery. From ordering it in China to my UK door took 48 hours. Could improve the trackability of the courier as you can't actually track it but you do get SMS notifications of expected delivery times. Phone product is great, just as ordered.

Really pleased with my purchase. I got a new Nintendo Switch Lite in Coral after struggling to find it in stock anywhere else, and for a slightly better price too. Communication was great and I received it quickly. Would definitely shop here again.

Very pleased with the service. Received my phone within specified time. I was kept updated with the order. However, do check your junk mail folder as although you get an order confirmation email the 2nd communication I received was found in my junk folder.
I ordered the P30 Pro 256k for UK and that is exactly what I received at a very competitive price. I paid via PayPal (I think that was the only option) as other reviewers said their details were compromised when using credit card.
I have recommended this company to my friends and family already.
