My chocolate slouch bag is even nicer than I thought it would be and looks fabulous with my new outfit. But it will go with so many outfits and I can dress it up or down.

Very prompt delivery and beautifully packaged. I love everything about my Elie Beaumont bags. Such lovely good quality leather. I now have several in my collection, all different colours 😀

awful awful
i have placed 2 orders.. one was fine because i kept all items. the other i wanted to return half the order. i emailed they got back very quickly with a pre paid royal mail stamp. so far so good. they received the return on 3/7.. i have emailed a few times and have had no confirmation of return or refund. on the website it states that in most cases they’ll refund on day of receipt! what a joke. there is no phone number.. items returned were unused as i didn’t like the colour. i have now had to threaten them with my credit card company. utterly ridiculous and ruined what was otherwise a good experience. i hope this review kicks their backside into gear

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! They really went above and beyond to make sure I got my bag the very next day. Within an hour of speaking to them and placing my order they shipped my bag. I love it, thank you.

The bag I bought for a Christmas present for my daughter has broken the strap has snapped.
We have been told that as it’s over 6 months old they will not repair or replace !!!!

As you will see from our over 4000 verified customer reviews on our website, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our customer service. As we are unable to locate any order on our systems under your name and also cannot locate any correspondence we would be happy to discuss the issue with you further, particularly as we offer a 2 year warranty and do not ever suggest a 6 month limit as you have indicated. (Perhaps you purchased the product and corresponded with another company?)
We assure you of our best attention at all times.
