The worst experience ever. I paid for 3 child seats and 10 people. A vehicle for 6 people with only 1 car seat has arrived. And the other car after an hour!!!! Bad, to avoid

Charged £20 for a stop on the way to the airport which I found excessive

Really a professional service. We couldn’t trace our cab driver at Heathrow, they attended our call and immediately arranged a second cab.

DO NOT USE! We've had a couple of bad experiences with this company and I would not recommend them. The first one was a couple of months ago, we booked an airport transfer through a third party and one of their drivers was assigned. It was an evening ride, the driver's driving skills were questionable and we felt unsafe. I reported the issue and was offered a discount from a future ride if I book directly. I was a bit hesitant but thought to give them another shot and use the discount. Had an airport transfer booked early in the morning, the driver was initially late from his previous job and then lost, resulting in a half hour wait from the scheduled pick up time. We were panicking we'd miss our flight, so thankfully managed to book a last minute Uber. I requested a refund which I was verbally told on the phone I'd receive they didn't follow-up in writing. I have submitted a claim through my credit card company to get the £112 paid back.

Terrible taxi company. Do not rely on them to get you to the airport. They also simply lie to you about where your taxi is and when it will arrive. First our car was goi g to be 15 minutes late, then 30, then I spoke to the driver and he was clearly still another half hour away. Lied about being in traffic and where he was then claimed he had told the company he was going to be an hour late! I had to get my friend to drop everything and take us to the airport or we would have missed our flight. No refund despite promising one. Total disaster, avoid!

I ordered and prepaid for a roundtrip airport transfer with a minivan clearly depicted on the website. I stated in the order that we had 4 passengers, 4 carry-on bags, and 2 walkers (2 pax with mobility issues). Elite London Rides LTD sent us a minivan for the initial trip. It was perfect. We contacted them on the day before the return trip and reminded them of the 2 walkers and clearly stated we again expected a minivan, NOT a 5-pax compact car. They sent a 5-pax compact car for the return trip, and we could not comfortably or safely fit in the vehicle. Carry-on bags were under our feet and on our laps for the 90-min drive. This was unacceptable and unsafe and possibly a violation of accessibility laws. The original order and our explicit request was ignored. We were forced to take the small car because waiting for another car would have made us late for our international flight. We are also filing complaints with applicable government agencies.

Scammers for driver

I booked a ride from home to go to Luton airport 2.5 months before the scheduled date. I paid the price stated on the website and received the booking confirmation. I received no further communication regarding the booking at all thinking all is scheduled. The day before the ride I decided to message them to confirm it is all going. Upon receiving my message they said that apparently there was a glitch on the website and if I want for the booking to go ahead I need to pay what I already paid as the price is double. This is such a scamy attituding. Because if there was a glitch, why nobody contacted me at the time of the booking or even afterwards?! In addition, if I didn't contact them, wouldn't they not turn up at all and just took my money. I requested the refund which they said they would process and send the confirmation. But I had to chase for 3 days in a row. Funnily enough, I had another booking with them which I decided not to pay so I can test the service on the paid booking. And the other booking also had exactly the same price. It looks like they are trying to trap you last minute using the excuse of the website glitch. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered an Estate car for 3 people and 3 cases and a Prius turned up. Driver said he could not get them all in. Suggested he put a seat down which he then did which meant two in the back were squashed and middle person could not put seatbelt on. Told the company who said a Prius was an estate!!!
