Lovely items, great experience !
Lovely items which I gave to my daughter as a Xmas present. Arrived quickly and well packaged. The suede pouch was a nice touch too.

Great quality jewellery and very helpful team. I ordered the wrong earrings at first. Got in touch with them and Steve was most helpful. The earrings were exchanged and they even sent next day delivery to make sure I had them in time for Christmas at no extra cost. So refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers! Thank you so much.

Awful Customer Service
Ella-Mae contacted me late last night after reading my trust pilot review!
They were apologetic and refunded me they have changed suppliers so worried products not up to standard so rather not replace . Until problem with suppliers sorted if u have sensitive skin please be careful .
I purchased jewellery sets after being assured was real silver . However it is not ! Allergic reaction straight away . Tried emailing and messaging the company have received no response ignored all communication. Remove all my attempts at trying to contact them via FB . Terrible customer service.
