I purchased ear rings and a bracelet from Ella-Mae. They arrived quickly and were beautifully packaged.

Earrings lovely - packaging not so good..
The earrings were lovely but I wasn’t happy with the “luxury” packaging. Although the little suede envelope was quite neat, the earrings inside were in a clear plastic bag which made them look cheap to give as a gift. There was also no information as to what the earrings were made of etc which would be helpful when it is a present. However I would reiterate the actual earrings were lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more if it was just for myself and not as a gift.

Hi Karen, I see we have responded to you via email also. The pouch is exactly as shown in the images on the website and we sent you the details from our product care instructions which highlights the best way to stop silver jewellery from tarnishing is to keep it in the airtight plastic pocket which we provide then keep it in the pouch. So it is intentional to put them in the little plastic pocket. Full details of the product are on the website, we wouldn't usually print this out and put it in with the order. We have also confirmed that you are more than welcome to return the order within the refund period if it is not what you wanted. Our customer services team will be more than happy to assist you.
