Great fit over all, trousers are quite long, but I’m short so no ones fault!! Delivery was quick and the over all experience was good. Would def buy from here again!

Great communication due to royal mail strikes my item was delayed.
But they replied to my frustration and really did seem to care about each individual order.

The customer service is great they are very nice and understanding. However who is shipping the products isn’t reading the sku# correctly or whatever is happening because they have sent me THREE of the exact same jumpsuit that I DONT want. The jumpsuits have the same name but different pattern names and they just can’t get it correct. I’m on day 2 of waiting for them to respond so I can get my refund because I’m not willing to try again it’s obviously not going to work out.

Not size inclusive at all!!!! I’m a small/medium in everything I wear and I ordered a medium sweater from them. Fits like baby clothes. Won’t go over my chest and the sleeves don’t pass my elbows. I can’t imagine what it would be like shopping here as a plus sized customer. Feels cheap too. I want my money back.

Ordered a bikini and was so excited but I’m majorly disappointed with the sizing.

I’m 5ft 8, a size 8, with chest B cups and ordered XS in both the bikini top and bottom. Baffled with the sizing of the XS bikini top as it’s so big?The surface area is huge, one cup can cover my whole face. It’s so unflattering on a size 8 chest, made me look like a little boy, so much extra fabric. I can’t even imagine how big the size S (small) is. Looked like they’re made for very large chested girls and I just think on average girls who buy XS don’t have massive double D’s (.)(.) I wish I could fill them! 😅 Maybe I’m wrong and now a size 8 is actually bigger than it used to be.

I think it is still a gorgeous bikini, the colours and design are super cool. It’s a shame it doesn’t fit and considering that would be my size on every other clothing website.

Hi, I offered 2 items a month ago, money was taken out of my account. I have not received any update. The items never arrived, 4 weeks… poor service!

I was supposed to go on holidays.. been a an back, so not even sure if I will get anything. So hard to contact this company. Don’t buy, unless in the UK!

I wouldn’t bother shopping with Elsie and Fred, on one order I placed I was told 2 items had stitching errors and I thought maybe it was just a one off, but on my next order I was told my items are out of stock due to a ‘system error’ this is completely unacceptable, considering they still took my money, I’m glad I didn’t receive my items In The end as my friend has had to return the items she has ordered due to such poor quality for the price you pay, I will shop at zara ect in future.

First time ordering from this company and I have been so impressed. The quality of the clothes is amazing, love their sustainability/equality focus and the prices are good for the quality you get. Definitely items that will wear more than once and not just wear it once and forget about it. Customer service is also great their replies feel like you're talking to an actual human who cares about your question/concerns and not just automated. Will definitely be shopping with them again and recommending it to friends!

Excellent customer service experience when I got in a spot of bother! Product of a good quality and I am overall very happy with my experience and cannot rate them highly enough!

I placed an order on 8th July for 2 items. I received an email notifying me I will be updated when the items are shipped. I hadn’t heard anything by 14 July so I emailed just enquiring when they expected to dispatch my items. I received the response:
« It looks like this order is due to be shipped tomorrow xo

Thanks so much, « 

The items were not shipped the following day. I followed up again, 10 days after the initial purchase to now be told that due to a system error the items are actually out of stock.

Very untrustworthy and incompetent.

unfortunately put some of these clothes on my birthday wishlist and was very disappointed to hear the struggles my mum had getting these items for me. There was a dress ordered separately which didn't arrive for weeks after receiving the email saying it had been delivered. After opening the jumpsuit on my birthday we found a big split down the side which hadn't been sewn properly and after sending pictures and messaging the company we got told we could have £15 off our next order or to get the item fixed by someone near us. Not good enough for a ruined outfit. Prices aren't cheap from this shop so we expected a better quality. overall pretty disappointing
