I will continue to buy from this brand every season! Their clothes are compliment magnets, every time I wear my e&f jackets I get stopped multiple times and asked where they’re from. I honestly feel my best self when I wear them and I also love that they’re independent 💫 amazing quality and the best customer service too!

Brilliant service, came in good time, absolutely love my new pink faux fur coat. It is very very warm and cosy when on. I do recommend this item and brand.

Delivery was super fast and the coat I bought is outstanding quality and the best thing I've ever owned. It is an incredible candy pink and the faux fur is so soft and luxurious, it's like being wrapped in a pink fluffy cloud of candy floss.

Clothes are true to size & are very soft material

Fab unique clothing, at reasonable prices. Great communication at each stage of the order process and happy when arrived in cute packaging. Generally the sizing was slightly larger than expected so had to return an item, return was free though so brill all round! 😁

Just received my first order of a beautiful ice blue co-ord set. Quick delivery! Ordered a size 12 (M) skirt as that is normally correct for me, but the waist of the skirt is huge! More like UK 14-16! Definitely not true to size.
Bought it in the sale and I have sent it back today (returns process is simple 👍). Luckily the size 10 (S) is still in stock so I have ordered it but it’s cost me another standard delivery cost (£3.99). Why do you not offer free exchanges? Especially as the garment is not true to size at all.

I love the concept behind the brand and I'm all for supporting independents, HOWEVER, I put in an order almost 1 month ago and unfortunately it still hasn't arrived... I sent two emails to follow up and they were very prompt with replying, which I am grateful for, however I still can't see any updates on my tracking number.

Hello this is my second time ordering from them. First time they claim 5-7 business days for shipping and they charge you for it. Takes longer than that they keep blaming it on strikes. I sent them an email immediately after I made my first purchase to cancel the order because the sizing was incorrect took them days to get back to me and said they couldn’t do anything because it was already in transit. Received my shipment late then they made me pay for the shipment which was close to $30 to send it back. When I stressed how inconvenient that was they gave me a credit so I decided to use it. I kept changing the order in my cart to the top but there was a system error where the skirt was the top. I ordered it two weeks ago and have not received it. Not a scam just bad customer service.

Was so excited about this order. However, very poor communication/follow through on shipping. No way to track orders through royal mail and am still waiting to receive my order over 14days later. Hoping I don't have to refund, but likely will not be purchasing from this seller again, nor would I recommend to others.

In a world of instagram neutrals (which I don't mind by the way) Elsie and Fred are a breath of fresh air. Their clothes are fun, colourful and very well made. I was lucky enough to get a few pieces in the sample sale for a last minute winter sun holiday. Delivery was swift, communication was great and when they arrived I loved them. I have my eye on the furry hooded coat and furry hat for winter and am excited to be able to shop here for the festivals next year. Very Happy :)
