RIP OFF DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I purchased an anklet and had to pick a free gift none of which I really wanted; waited ages for it to arrive and when it did no anklet just the crappy free gift!!! Have tried emailing on more than one occasion but no reply received as yet. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The items took a while but not too long although it does boast express delivery but I wouldn’t call it that.
I’d bought two initial rings which were meant to be gold plated. They cost me £36 and that was with a heavy discount for buying two. They are EXTREMELY CHEAP looking, feel like plastic in fact I bought two off TikTok for £4 and they are the EXACT same ring. I tried to return them by it costs nearly £20 from the UK. A TOTAL SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Very disappointed purchase. The jewellery looks and feels like cheap plastic, not like 18K gold-plated jewellery as advertised. The quality is extremely poor and doesn't match the photos on the website at all.
The package arrived damaged after a very long wait, which made the experience even worse. I also tried contacting customer service multiple times but received no response whatsoever. It's like there is no customer service.
Overall, this felt very misleading. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying anything from this business.

I have not received my order yet so cannot comment on the quality yet! But my reason for giving 1 star is because nowhere on the website does it say that this company are based out of china and not Canada as shown on thier website!
I could have ordered the same if not very similar from Temu or Shein for a lot lot less money!

The item that arrived looked so different from the pictures on the website. I asked to return it and was offered various percentage refunds, then was told to return would be approximately £30 postage to china. The item cost less than that so I accepted 50% refund. Total waste of money.

Beautiful products, and very reasonably priced. Arrived promptly and packaged very beautifully. My only problem was the two birthstone necklaces of the same month were in the same package. Because they are for two different women I would have preferred them in there on package. Thank you Debbie
