The staff put me at ease straight away
The staff put me at ease straight away. Miss Ibrahim was brilliant. Not judgemental. Understood how I was feeling. Explained exactly what she was going to do. The relief was immediate after the treatment. Brilliant service. Especially loved the stress duck to hold.

Your comments about Miss Ibrahim are wonderful to read, Rachel. Feeling understood and never judged is so important when someone is already anxious about dental treatment. We are delighted she explained everything clearly and that you felt immediate relief afterwards. The stress duck clearly did its job too.
